There are so many things to do...if it can be done in an MMORPG, it probably is implemented in AO in some form (in an absoloutely HUGE gameworld). That said, there are still plenty of bugs and poorly implemented ideas in this game. The development team is incompetent (I'm very serious about that) and the forums are "plagued" by fanbois who attack anyone making legitimate, yet negative, comments...thereby not letting Funcom see "real" feedback. It really annoys me when someone reasonably posts on the forums about one of the many problems in-game and then some fanboi comes along and says "if you don't like it, don't play". Despite the incompetent dev team and the recent flood of fanboism in the forums, the game has been my home for years. There simply is too much I can do in-game and that's hard to find in a modern MMO. If you think you can overlook the "wtf were they thinking" moments in-game, then you may want to check out the free version, before paying. The extra content is well worth a subscription price though. As for my own subscription, I'm anxiously waiting the new space/scifi games coming out in hopes that I can finally ditch Failcom.
