Yes, defiently buy it, it is a really good game, the graphics are good, and the genre is not a big one that we have been seeing a lot of lately, it is fun to play and the communiy is great.  Go for it, if you dont want to then check out Xenimus at www.xenimus.com, download it for 2 weesk free then its $5 a month after that if you want to.  It's also a good game, the community isnt as good but still fun.

If you like the games which are elaborate, deep, somewhat mysterious and have many stuff to explore within, I can easily say this game is for you, go to buy it without a moment's hesitation..The people that experience Anarchy Online emphasize the elaborate aspect. I'm bound to agree the most important aspect is its complication, however, this feature has discouraged someone from playing..Although I made some mistakes that caused to waste my time, it's still been great to team up and have fun with your team mates in the dungeons, it's still been so nice to do missions either single or team - it doesn't matter. As it was said, the communication is really convenient, I'm content with the graphics although they're not exceptional..

I would also recommend AO.  There are a lot of different classes and 4 races. Each race has its advantages.

I would suggest for your first char to make an opifex martial artist.  That is a very easy class to play and you would get a taste of the game and see what its like.

It does have a steep learning curve but stick with it and you will be ok.

If you dont like the Martial Artist class there are many others to try. 

I have played the free AO. It really is a great game. However, after 2 months it started to get boring. I had Yalm (flying vehicle) I had a good bot and all that was left to do was to fight get better fight get better etc. So i would buy AO I prefer SWG (im a starwars fan and i can imagine someone else wouldn't like it) because you can do other things then just fighting i.e. you can craft a lot more and you can play music or dance or any other proffesion. you can do all at once and that is what i like about SWG . But judging by your after you may already have bought the game (lucky you)
