Hey all, this is my first post here.  My pals and I have recently decided to try AO again, this time in a coordinated blitz with multiple accounts, etc..

anyways, I need to know a good weapon for the sewers and a good weapon for TOTW for these classes:

crat

trader

doc (Will our doc even need a weapon?)

martial artist (i'm not sure how to twink a guy who melees)

we also have a twinked 28 sol and fixer.

advice plz?

crat [b]Pistols[/b]  -  You're pets will be doing most of the damage, so this isn't a huge priority.  You might want to start out with something like [url=http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=157637&ql=51]Soft Pepper Pistols[/url] or [url=http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=123857&ql=5]Old English Trading Co.[/url] that increases your nano skills.

trader [b]Shotguns[/b], a good start is a Vektor ND (you can buy at any normal store weapons terminal)

doc (Will our doc even need a weapon?)  [b]Pistol[/b] is probably easiest to go with, but you never want to spend IP on weapons over nano skills, body dev or nano pool.  MA is also a decent option.

martial artist (i'm not sure how to twink a guy who melees)  - Yea you probably aren't going to want to use any weapons for awhile, so just get in implants that boost you're MA skill as high as you can.  Also be sure to collect all the books from TOTW for the MA attacks.

ok thanks for the input: We actually did pretty good getting some QL ~25 or so weapons on.

Now I need to find a good trader shotty for TOTW, i'm pretty confident that I could get on a QL65. any idea where i could get one?

I picked up one of those shotguns with fullauto and burst fire, the only problem is it reqs 200 Assault rifle skill as well. And it shoots a bit slow. Damage range 35-98, think it's worth the skill points to get on?

*edit: NM here, managed to get ahold of a pump trainee. Great shotty. also got a Neutrino flash on our 2 soulja's today, i'm pretty 'pumped.'

the chalice from TOTW is good for docs for a fair amount of lvls, downside is u can never solo anything with the chalice :) (well u could, but dotting an opponent to death would take ages)
i suggest for the trader u look for a shotty with just flingshot as a special attack. (like the pump)
and dont bother putting a weapon on your ma till you are lvl 210+ (if u have expansions)

the neutrino flash is a very nice weapon indeed for the lower lvls :)

yeah, our doc managed to get that chalice somehow. And my traders flingshot shotty is doing very well indeed (which it should, for all the money i spent for it).  With a mochams on and a few drains I think i could do a 74 wrangle, not bad for a 34.

Nflash has been doing well, and i've got a mortiig blaster i'm hoping I can get on at 49.

However our crat decided to switch classes, What is a good early and ~50 weapon for a Shade? I have absolutely no exp with them so any suggestions would be great.
