The April Event for Asheron's Call 2 is scheduled to go live on April 22.  The teaser for the event is available, as is the April Guide.  Several changes are outlined in the guide, but one is particularly eye-catching (under the heading, "Treasure Changes"):

"Jazz band summoned by the 'Dereth's House of Jazz' treasure item now has a duration of 30 minutes instead of 60. In addition, a band can only be summoned once per hour and will not tolerate other Jazz bands trying to play in the vicinity of their jam session."
