Fallen Kingdoms (http://www.fallenkingdoms.com) has posted an interview with Turbines AC2 Live team members:

FK:  Will we get to rebuild Artefon now that the undead have been "pushed aside"?

AC2:  While we aren't currently planning on giving players the ability to directly rebuild a specific town or build their own towns in the near future, we are planning on giving players the ability to impact the world through our upcoming KvK changes. We really want players to be able to look at something and be able to say, "I did that."
