Turbine Entertainment has just announced that they will be giving players double the normal amount of experience in Asheron's Call 2 all weekend long! Details below:

The AC2 Team would like to do a little something special for our players to celebrate the debut of Legions. In that spirit, we've declared the weekend of May 20th "Double-XP Weekend"! What is this madness? In a nutshell, for all owners of Legions:
Double-XP Weekend is a way to give players who created new characters after upgrading to Legions a little boost to help them catch up to their fellow allegiance-mates. It's also our way of saying "Welcome to Legions!" Hope to see you there! |

Stupid idea. A bit sad to see this coming from a company like Turbine...
My guess is that you guys must be EX-players, eh?
Surprisingly enough this last weekend was probably one of the most fun yet. New groovy loot items and armor dye, bonus XP that didn't seem game-breaking but were just fun. I wasn't really lucky enough to find any uber items but I don't get to play that much these days.
All in all much fun was had by all and we look forward to the next one.
