The Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn site has been updated with a series of teaser images for a new mount headed into the game with update v2.2. It appears to be a floating platform of some sort using several small, unstable-looking spheres to stay airborne. Check out the image below and the official blog and let us know what you think it is!
If you know me, and I'd like to think that you all do, you know that I'm a huge mount enthusiast. I'll do anything for a new mount. So when M sent me over these new shots of a new mount, I lost it.
