CCP Games has announced the successful deployment of the EVE Online Ascension update that most notably brings Clone States into the game, the new features that allows players to take on much of the game for free. Players have access to a preset slate of skills and the ability to play through Inception, the newly reimagined new player experience.
Other notable features of Ascension include:
- industrial structures called Engineer Complexes
- overhauled command boosts
- mining foreman updates
- new Titan effects generators
- Rorqual rebalance
- new explosion effects
