One of the more controversial things to be added to Elder Scrolls Online lately is the Crown Crate, an item that can be purchased for real world money that will contain a number of in-game items out of a list of possible ones for the current "season".
Controversy has swirled around the ostensible "RNG" nature of the items given the use of real dollars to buy the crates.
