Expect the unexpected

My name is Joe.
I'm a 45 year old man, who is permanently disabled ;And I have a lot of time on my hands.

Well, I must inform you that I downloaded the game, ran a bunch of virus scans, ad ware scans, spy ware scans; And after all came up clean, I installed the game.
After only a few extra  minutes to verify the download, I was off to start the game.

I really enjoyed the character personalizations. I spent a lot of time on this, because I was having so much fun with it.
Then upon entering the game, I was greeted by an in game assistant/ NPC.
The amount of in game help is absolutely incredible. After playing the game, and learning the moves and processes of quests, lay of the land, and such: The next thing I knew, it was 6:30 a.m., and I was watching the sun come up, and still wanting to play more.

I have only been playing MMORPG's for a couple months now. Although the Perfect World International has a 2.5 gig download, it was worth it!  As a matter of fact: I will be deleting the other games on my computer. I will no longer need any of them. And I have a lot., Had, a lot, I mean.
I am so very impressed with Perfect World, that I feel I had to thank you for giving the gamers of the world such a great game. Perfect World International has everything for all levels of gamers!
The graphics were absolutely Perfect!
I was also impressed with the character's abilities, and how fun it was.

I also like the fact that when I manufactured a weapon, it labeled it as a weapon made by MasterJoe. My nick name.

I finally have a game that has everything I ever wanted in a game, and more!

I agree, I just got done trying out perfect world international as well and found it really enjoyable. I got a venomancer up to 15th lvl and had a blast. The graphics are really pretty good and I have had no problem levelling up as of yet. Unfortunately WAR is coming so I'll be gone for a while but it is a very enjoyable free game. I would recommend to at least try it if you're looking for a decent freebie.

Is the game group focused or more solo based?

Perfect World International allows you to play either way.

Some of the characters are support based, but allow you to play by yourself if you wish.

People tend to watch other players, and invite you to join in teams or guilds.

It is totally up to each player as to what they choose.

You may also create more than one player. However, you can only use one player at a time.

Perfect world has 3 races, and each Race has 2 Classes:

      Race:                                       Class:

   Untamed;                        Barbarian, Venomancer

Winged Elves;                        Archer, Cleric

   Human;                              Blade Master, Wizard

You can learn more by visiting the web site: http:\\www.perfectworld.com

Or you can reply to this forum, or email me.  I do not work for the game, and I am in no way speaking on their behalf.  I am just a player, and fan of the game!  However; I am more than willing to assist in game or out, to help you to get going, or even just to be a "friend".

You may email me at: joegamer@charter.net

My in game nick name is: MasterJoe,

My character is a: Cleric

I hope you will enjoy the game as much as I do.

Yeah i planned on playing perfect world... after closed beta, not beta testing this game a third time. My problem with these free to play games are, they keep getting ported and IP lockeed and players have to repeatidly start over for "business reasons" and after a while regardless of how good the game is, you just have to say fuck it.

Life... is the shit that happens while you wait for moments that never come...

How come the people who hate World of Warcraft, never realize they are the minority?

Perfect World is a decent free MMO.  I experienced all the same glamour when I first started playing the game.  I lasted about 25 levels before I became bored.

The game had massive amounts of quest and great character customization.  I felt it lacked in group oriented gameplay.  The instance dungeons were sloppy mediocre treadmills.  High levels players were frequently joining PuG to obtain loot in low level dungeons.  This took away from the challenge of the dungeon.  Sadly it was very hard to find players not willing to accept thes ehigh level farmers.

I really didn't like the fact that I didn't have a decent arsenel of moves by time I was level 20.  I only had about 6 or 7 total abilities and only 4 of them were used frequently in combat.   My friend, who played a shapechaing animal tank, had fewer moves in his list.  He said he only had 3 combat moves when he fought and in order to access his 4th one he had to shape change and only spam that one move.

These negative are not game breaking.  They were breaking for me, because I thrive off of variety and complex instance dungeons with high challenge.

If you are new to the free MMO world.  Also try Rappelz.
