what a couple of you bum trolls fail to understand in this post is the normal joe shmoe who has to work 6 days a week 10 hour days and has a wife and kids dont have time like the guy who lives off his parents and sits at home all day playing games building up his bank box... its a game its not real life and its suppose to be equally fun for all not just the dork without a life who plays games 12-15 hours a day!  thats when it becomes unfair but again this is why eve and games like df aren't that successful at all those who work and have less time to put into a game isnt going to join a gaming society like those we will leave that to the fanboys and the gaming addicted trolls.

Fallen Earth is bad, bad, bad! very bad that is correct.  ANYONE who would waste there time on such a crappy MMO should have their head examined.

A few good MMO's has used completely open worlds which I like but the world was fairly small.   I picture SWTOR to be lots different from LOTRO & WoW because there won't be swords, shields & horses with a few huts scattered about.   There will be massive cities with space crafts flying about so unless you want most people PC's buckling under the graphical pressure you better hope they add needful zoning, less is sometimes more & bigger isn't always better.

There isn't a good server with high population in AoC...  The game is dead, try SET it has the highest population but every server is like a ghost town.  I just canceled my sub because of the lack of players.

I haven't heard anything was wondering if anyone else had.  I do know there is www.shadowbanemulator.com which is suppose to launch sometime soon & bring shadowbane back live for the masses to play once again.  They're also fixes lots of issues with the game etc.

New PC games can utilize quad core processors...  If  age of conan is then I'm sure lots others are as well, I think if you have the option to buy a quad then you should because in the end 4 is better then 2 very much so if you are like me and have bunch of different things running on your machine.

Has anyone heard that UBI who took shadowbane off the air is now working on shadowbane 2?

I wouldn't play a MMO that was just dedicated to vampires but I would play a MMO that implemented vampires into its lore system, make vampire a race that you could pick in game & give that race a nice back drop & features to enhance the feel of being a vampire.  Then you could work with that by giving human a class to pick from like vampire hunter or a class that allows transformation into a were-wolf, but a vampire only mmo would be kinda boring.

phenom 9500quad, AMD 2.25ghz processor, 4gb of ddr3 kingston gaming ram, on board 7.1 sound card, windows xp sp3 32bit, 9800GTX+ 512ram,  20" LCD flat panel, wide screen 1600x900 is the recommended res.

Basic specs on my machine, I bought the 9800GTX+ card about 10 months ago to replace my 8600GT 256mb, but I feel like it wasn't much up an upgrade my PC still can't handle some games on max settings at times I'm stuck with med / high graphics on the newer high detailed games no way I could handle Dx10 if it was an option on the games I play...   Any suggestions on a nice gaming card that doesn't cost a arm & a leg?  I'm also updating to windows 7  64bit in a month.

I like carebears the more the merrier!  I also like to see the MMO I play be sucessful.   You can't have sucess without alot of players carebears and killers alike...   If you have a lack of players then the game gets hardly any funds meaning it will start to lose staff and it was just go down hill untill it ends up looking like Shadowbane. 

I am tired of SB after 5 years so I would chose AoC, AoC has pvp, better graphics & more game play and end game... AoC is a better game but if maybe shadowbane was revamped and did right then I would have to choice SB

Shadowbane will never get looked at...  Once stray bullet games launches there up & coming title.  Shadowbane is going to be layed to rest.

Ashen Temper was the only glue holding SB in the MMO world...  once Stray Bullet Games Sci Fi MMO hits the markets their debt to ubi and SB will be paid off and it's good bye Shadowbane.

WOW stinks anymore... it's so outdated even tho they add expanions the world, the quests & mostly the graphic! are old....  I see WoW lasting another year then pop will start dying off by the dozens.  Just can't hold up too the next gen. MMOs thats about to launch. 

Open beta probably won't end untill like jan imo and I don't see darkfall being released in the US untill mid Feb.
