yeah comparing tv censorship to forum censorship is different by alot, sucks that they broke thier rules and banned you first offence but you did break the rules so its your own fault.

Honestly, ok fine they are taking action against private servers but i do have to agree about the gold spammer remark, how about fix that problem first because they are getting rediculous in game and it gets annoying having to /ignor 30 different people a day lol

already gave my opinion on WAR / WoW... but yeah DAoC was by far the most fun pvp i have ever had BG wise and end game wise.

obviously didnt try the bgs either... was the same thing as open rvr lol just confined a bit more... still a massive area and the point was to control the keep lol...was the exact same thing just instanced...nowhere in comparison to these timed scenarios that your comparing them to..... lol the bgs were just open rvr with a level cap was all.

Honestly if WAR was "all" instance pvp where anyone could queue from any server like they do in WoW the pvp would be alot better to lol.... WAR is a great game and so is WoW, i play both i love em both.... when comparing stuff in either game though alot of people dont look at the total picture...honestly WoW has a hell of alot better scenarios, but open pvp is usually lacking there to.... WAR has great open PVP "depending" on the server you are on but scenarios could be better... people can argue all they want about it but i have never had a problem doing open rvr in any of the tiers so far on WAR.

those were all daoc battlegrounds lol you never had to wait for pvp in daoc, original daoc had bgs starting at level 20, which was thid... later on they added lower level ones to

Really depends on your standpoint of WoW lol, i got burnt out after getting a few characters to 70 after TBC came out and i quit... went back because i had an itch to see what WotLK had to offer....no its nothing "new" really still quests and what not but personally i enjoy actually reading the quests and exploring the new lands/dungeons, far as those go im impressed as usual...it really comes down to whether or not you thought/think WoW is a great game... as for me ill play my few characters to 80 and do my exploring and probly get burnt out yet again till the next expansion comes out.

Theres a problem nobody has mentioned in this thread... seems nobody ever checks it but here it is, get a better ethernet card, my buddy had lag and it turned out his problem was his ethernet card. after he replaced it everythign has been fine.

Like he said it REALLY depends on the server do a bit of server research first, in all honesty dont believe any negative posts or positive posts because everyone has a different experience..... so far i have yet to experience any of the negative stuff myself, no scenario grinds or havign troubles in PQs or anything... does thta mean those things dont happen? no it doesnt... but as stated its gonna depend on your server, pheonix throne is great , have destruction there, all my order is on ostermark, which isnt as populated but i havent had any troubles there either.

Spend the $50 get the game and give it a go its worth the one month right off the bat at least even if ya dont like it.

i dont see where you WoW people are getting that the game is different end game lol.....  you start out killing mobs... you end up killing mobs but with more people <shrug> ........... WAR you start out killing mobs/people.... you end up killing mobs/people but with more help...... same sh** different game.

Not flaming WoW i played the game from beta and quit about a year ago, its a great game but when you try saying its so different then any other MMO  look at how they ALL operate.

i cancel right after i pay for the month, because i want to avoid forgetting that the payment is comming out lol..... so far i have not seen anything like this... no email or anything and my account is still canceled.

AoC was a great game... after tortage lol... that place got really boring after my first character made it through.....got a dark templar to level 50 before quitting the game, would probly still go back at some point.

Loved the combat system, im so tired of being able to afk mid fight and come back to a dead mob, was nice actually having to do some work,...only real downside i had wasnt so much wiht the game but wiht the company lol, when they threw in the nerf bat at stuff it was a hard core beating, and they were doing that stuff instead of fixin classes that were still broken.

all in all was a good game and maybe when i get completely bored of warhammer i may reactivate and see what all good things they have done to it in my absence.

didnt you say  in some post you made before the first month of WAR was up that you were done with it then? are you paying the monthly subscription for a reason to complain then? because thats all i see in your WAR posts is more complaints, really if your not having fun why pay for the game?... "IF" you think it has potential or something and maybe thats why then why nto cancel and come back in 6 months when more stuff is straightened out?

ok in that sense i do agree..... they should give a couple months notice that its gonna happen, to cover if somebody is away or what not.

ok so i also dont understand the problem.... all MMO's with subscriptions  keep charging till you cancel... if dont want it to charge then cancel the account after ya make your payment... people have been doing this for years...... maybe somethign was going screwy in thier system that was making the option they give you not work and charge you anyway so they disabled it? either way least they warned you... not really underhanded if they give ya a warning.
