WAR partly has GamesWorkshop's attention to their IP for that. Nobody in Warhammer looks like a clown, unless its an evil psycho chaos clown that eats children. And WAR partly has Mythic to thank for that, since they were bright enough to realize that there's no reason why a game should be any less enjoyable at a lower rank compared to a higher. Well put.
