erm, they made AO and AoC, the two very best mmo's on the market. i gonna buy TSW for sure, and im sure it will have a horrific start (as every funcom game) - and i love that, as such a start is wonderful for getting rid of the kids ;)

yep, I, and about 1 million other people are hoping it will be a good WoW clone (whatever that is). And be it to see your nerdrage ...

i hope they do nothing about pvp exploits on purpose - to get rid of the pvp rednecks, so they leave, so they can work towards the perfect pve game AoC will be soon. thats not meant ironically - pvp'ers got to realize that they won't get nothing no more in AoC. see: no pve'er (and they are far more than pvp'ers) cares about Bori, walking on water, ...    I hope there will be a new blockbuster pvp game soon ...

the great thing in mmo's is that they constantly change. same story in AoC - the ranger revamp left some behind ranting, and others that love to learn a totally new class. those are the people that are higher on my respect chart tbh.

tbh, i dont care shit from wich company my game comes. all this crying is like girls fighting over britney and Gaga or whatever. If its good (like AoC ;) ) i play it, if its garbage i trash it. not like games cost millions, hm? you get trials too. stand to your decisions and stop the "meheee britney is a faaar better bitch than gagagaaa, woohhooo" shit.

i'd give the AoC trial a go - no grind till endgame, and till you are there, this will be gone too. Best pve-game atm!

 Actually when AoC launched it was going to be a dynamic PvP based game that would be a refreshing change to your typical WoW type game. Funcom failed miserably on those promises, brought in Morrison to clean up the mess, who then screwed up what PvP content there was, and turned AoC into an average PvE game.

 ... and turned it in one of the best pve games out there ;)

... the map is actually not so big ...

 where do you take your numbers from? I myself got no idea how many people are playing AoC - what i know is that Tortage is usually crowded and you can find a group for any instance on Crom at every time. I guess its one of the healthier mmo's out there btw.

funny that everyone on this dubious site thinks that mmo's are dying because she/he cant find the right game for him/herself ...
