ok so i had my lv 28 hunter banned for no reason and now i wanna restart by the time i get to lv 60 in the expansion is there enough players doing things in Outlands for me to benefit or is it just mainly solo? Ps: wat lv can u get ur first mount?

ok so my WoW account got banned about 1 month ago and i was really mad because i had no idea why it got banned something about the games economy i guess because some guy gave me the best bags i got the best gear and some other person gave me 20g. Anyways because i want to do RaF so i can get to experiance better xp rates so its more fun but i also hav a free month of Lotro mines of moria im a lv 13 warden from the trial. ok so i played WAR for v2 months got like 27 i think and had fun but the rvr was all there was and terrible pve. so i devided to try WoW again for a month and didnt like it at all as much as WAR, but i might resubb bwcause there is no point in getting this game if its not any better then WAR but WAR gets old mabey not till higher lv but ill be starting a lv 1 rune i think so do u think its worth it.
