Caveat Emptor - "Buyer beware" That's latin for those who don't know and being that we use a long dead language to describe this kind of situation it should provide some indication to you just how long shit like this has be going on for. I think that mmorpgs launches should work perfectly and people have a right be unhappy if there are problems, however they should not be surprised when things go wrong.

Hmmm maybe they just refuse it and don't tell them anything then, it could leave the door open for fraud if they start giving them information on what went wrong. |

Some of them probably are not worth reprocessing. If it was rejected due to lack of funds in the account then it might be worthwhile them doing it again as people may have put more money in their account. It the card was out of date or the details were wrong ect then there is no point them having a second attempt, it's still not going to work. They are probably given an error code showing why the transaction was refused by the clearing house. |

I would save your breath. People have spent years trolling this game with no basis for any of it. Now they have something tangible to troll about there is no way they are going to let it pass. |

What other genre of MMO would you like to see?

It would be good if someone developed the idea behind wwII online but maybe bring the simulation level down to slightly above battlefield 1942 and add persistant character. They could make it so the players could level / up the characters through kills or objective captures and unlock skills that allowed you to use different weapons and vehicles. Maybe they could make skill trees so you need to progress various levels helicopters to get to pilot the really good ones for instance. So basically a war based mmo to answer the question. |

It's too late once customer services need to be involved as there has already been a problem, and if it happens more often than I feel is acceptable (once normally) I am not interested in how well they have dealt with it I will just not use them again. When I am spending money on things I want them to work, I do not want to hear ass kissing from cs. Either what I have spent money works or it doesn't, I don't want words or soft treatment from cs people I want it to work as I expected. If there are mitigating circumstance like there are is this case, it's brand new and it's the only new mmorpg I would consider playing, then I take them into consideration.

Completely disagree about this with all products, customer service would be somewhere near the bottom of my list of things of things I value in companies. The only thing that I consider when I purchase something is how good the product is, in this case that would be how much fun the game is to play and does it have bugs or a lot of downtown. If the product is good I will never need customer service. If I ever need to speak to them or require communication from them after the initial purchase then that is a giant black mark against them straight away and I probably will not deal with that company again no matter how good their cs is at dealing with the problem. |

Well most people in Europe would be using European Central Time for anything like this. Also I don't know what planet you are on but on earth evening is 6 pm to midnight. |

Yeah it's stupid people started complaining when it was still only mid afternoon in Europe even though specifically stated that it was going to launch in the evening. |

It's a games company that isn't bankrolled by a publisher. I think only gold should be universally banked. |

Even if it's only a US server people are online in mmorpgs 24/7, guilds should have to make provisions to ensure that they have members with diverse playtimes. This goes against the survival of the fitest spirit of the game. I am not expecting to be the fitest by a long way, but that is the kind of gaming environment I want to play in. |

This should not be necessary, this game has users on 3 continents - North America, Australasia and Europe. Guilds that cannot organise a diverse enough player base to protect their cities deserve to lose them imo. This change will encourage single nationality guilds, give too much power to large guilds and will greatly reduce metagaming opportunities. It will still play it in couple months time if it proves to be decent but I am very unhappy about this. |

I think this gives guilds far too much protection. I would prefer it if 3am city destruction was in the game, I realise that this is probably unpopular but I feel that the game will be worse off without it. Big guilds will be extremely hard to shift from their guild cities. Unless they are so expensive that people will not use them as anything except a last resort this is bad move imo. |

What about people that play late at night? This effectively means that they are not going to be able to form late night guilds and do some seiging. |

Hmmm that sucks, I must say that this is a bad change that removes significant gameplay options.

I might buy it in month or two if it turns out to be decent. Regarding my mother, as some of us are old enough to have outlived our parents it might be rather difficult for her to give me an allowence without me having to result to some serious shovel work. |
