Well, if you're into roleplaying, LOTRO is definitely better than WoW in that aspect. You'll run into other roleplayers often enough, it's fun to rest a bit mid-questing and jerk around. Not that quests are boring, I also find them much better than in WoW, much more immersive. The combat is also better in my opinion, in WoW it's too fast for me but I like this game's pace just fine. Overall, I think you'll have a great time in this game, give it a shot. |

Well I don't agree with restricted zones for building houses. As someone said previously in this thread, it's quite immersive to be travelling in the wilderness and run into someone's wooden little house. Also makes people that live in forlorn locations be on their toes, as it's more likely that someone will try to break into your house if there's no guards around. |

I'd love to see those 18th century blunderbusses in the game. As long as they're well balanced, sounds great!

Yep, Jacob Goodnight here. Some of you guys might remember ... Most recently I was MoTB, until FoM shut down. I've been keeping track of the game's progress, but never bothered to make an account here up until now. :P
I miss playing with a lot of people, and I'm looking forward to Rebirth... Cheers |
