Okay cool, thanks guys. Think I'll use my 32bit OS until Win 7 comes out. |

Hey guys. I'm buying a new computer , and getting one with a memory on 4GB. It says that I need 64bit OS to take full advantage of the 4GB memory. I'm going to use my XPprofessional OS, how do I know if it's 32- or 64bits ?
Thanks |

How do you come up with a name for your MMORPG character and why that name?
The Pub at MMORPG.COM « General Discussion 4/01/09 6:08:27 PM
If there are name generators I usually play with those, maybe change some letters around and try to personalize it a bit. And if I'm making lets say a human, I think of the name in a totally different way than I would if I were making an elf. The name I have used for all my elven characters ( I usually play elves for some bizarre reason), is Nailodel. I got that name from when I played NWN 2 a couple of years ago, it was randomized as a last name for my half-elf there, and I loved it. I also like when you can have a last name, then you can personalize your character even more :p |

Well. I have actually had the same thoughts. I have just entered T4 and I there's a lot of chapters I havn't completed, heck most I havn't even gotten to basic hehe. But then I thought that you can actually go back when you want later and complete it, I mean complete the influence levels and tome unlocks, and do the quests you missed. Except in the orvr areas, bawk bawk. So I guess if you want to really "do it all" on a character, focus on the orvr things first. Then you can always go back and do the tome unlocks, chapters and quests when you wish :P |

News Discussion « General Discussion 4/01/09 10:24:23 AM
Nice read, however you missed some aspects, but maybe you'r doing a second part. Worth mention is the guild standards / standard bearers, guild keep claiming and the guild bank :) See you on the battlefield! |

I agree, people here are a bit obssesed with population. However, I'm playing in europe and I feel the server mergings have greatly added to RvR, especially to ORvR. There's always battles going on and keep's under siege ! |

Hehe All scenarios I've played today have consisted of like 70% choppas on the destruction side, they are everywhere lol. They are fairly easy to kill but if a lot of em surround you your DED! |

The LEAST important archetype in RvR
General Discussion « WAR (Warhammer Online) 3/12/09 12:06:47 PM
I voted RDPS. But i'ts a tricky question. I first thought of kicking tanks, but then again. Tanks are nice meat shields in PvP because they can rush ranged Dps and healers. Plus they make good meat shields because you can't run through players, so they can protect others in that way too. So a skilled tank is very useful in Pvp/rvr. Healers are ofcourse useful in all aspects. Melee dps is almost too overpowered in comparison to ranged Dps. MDPS charge and kill kill, they are the essence of WAR pvp in my opinion. I almost always play ranged dps, and I think it's fun. But if I'd had to choose the one with least importance it would have to be RDPS, in my opinion they do the least difference on the battlefield. |

I'm subbed to WAR and Eve online. Have been playing War since beta and it rokz. Eve is more of a side-thing, I picked it up soon after WAR launched and I'm still learning. I'm waiting for ToR but it will probably be a long while until that comes out. One LOve |
