Enjoymmo.com is pleased to announce that the Closed Beta of Chaos Online (MMORPG Free to Play Chaos Online, the Chaotic World. Free to Download – EnjoyMMO.com) will start on December 13, 2008 at 0:01am EST.

Once the Closed Beta starts, all players’ information will be kept and there will no longer be any server wipes.

MMO Chaos Online launched its new funny features combination and eudemons system. It must be distinctive that the weapons can be combined with eudemons.

The details are as below:

Combination

Different awakening weapons have different sockets. Currently, when an lvl 20 growth weapon is awakened, the weapon has two sockets. When an lvl 40 growth weapon is awakened, the weapon has two sockets. And when an lvl 60 growth weapon is awakened, the weapon has four sockets. An awakening weapon can be embedded with a few eudemons, but only one of the eudemons can be activated. Players can use value-added items to activate more eudemons.

Open the Magic Cube, put the awakened weapon into the Sun slot, and put the Eudemon into the Moon slot, then press the "Run" button, and success rate is 100 percent.

The awakened weapon must have enough sockets.

Activate and Deactivate Eudemons

Dormancy: when a Eudemon is inlaid in a growth weapon first it will not perform its function. This initial status is deemed to be Dormancy.

Activation: when players are able to activate the eudemons, simply press the "Activate" and the eudemon will perform its function. It can also help get higher attributes and have more chances to absorb Star Power when killing the monsters.

Release: when a Eudemon is released, it will be stored in the inventory. So players need to have enough slots in the inventory to make sure of the successful release.

Growth of Eudemon

Like the growth of a weapon, the growth of Eudemon mainly relies on how much Star Power is absorbed from monsters. There is an exception:

A Eudemon is not inlaid in the awakened weapon;

A Eudemon's level is greater than or equal to that of the weapon;

Players adjust the built-in ratio to zero;

How to adjust the energy absorption ratio? Players can find the Blacksmith, or weapon dealer in the capital city to adjust the ratio.

Rebirth of Eudemon

Rebirth of initial attribute

Requirement: first, the level of the main eudemon is greater than or equal to 70, the level of the side eudemon is greater than or equal to 40. Second, some of the initial attributes in the side eudemon in Moon slot are higher than that of main eudemon.

Way of Rebirth: open the Magic Cube, put the main Eudemon into the Sun slot, and put the main rebirth rune to the moon slot, and then put a side eudemon in a star slot.
The success rate is 100 percent.

Rebirth of growth attributes

1. The quality of the main eudemon is less than or equal to 5, the level of the main eudemon is greater than or equal to 30. The side eudemon is greater than or equal to 15.

2. When the quality of the main eudemon is less than or equal to 10, yet greater than 5, the level of the main eudemon is greater than or equal to 50, and the level of the side eudemon is greater than or equal to 30.

3. When the quality of the main eudemon is less than or equal to 26, yet greater than 10, the level of main eudemon is greater than or equal to 70, the level of the side eudemon is greater than or equal to 30.

4. When the quality of the main eudemon is greater than 26, the level of the main eudemon is greater than or equal to 70, the level of the side eudemon is greater than or equal to 50.

Rebirth of side Eudemon

Way of Rebirth: open the Magic Cube, put the main Eudemon into the Sun slot, and put the side rebirth rune to the moon slot, and then put a side eudemon in a star slot.

Note: when players get a eudemon reborn, only one single eudemon can be put in the single star slot. Any item in other star slots is deemed to be an impurity.

Ladies, Chaos Online has a special treat for you! As you may have noticed Chaos Online has four female classes: Archer, Hunter, Mage, and Paladin. All four classes excel at ranged attacked and controlling magic. The really attractive thing for these classes is that Chaos Online also has a fashion system. During the Alpha Testing Period if you upload one of your photos with the same name as it is in the official forums for Chaos, you will receive one special suit of either: "Hot Girl Suit", "Sports Series", or "Fairy Series". Novice Mount

In Chaos Online only characters that are level 30 or higher are able to ride mounts. As a special treat, during the Alpha Testing stage, we developed a Novice Mount. This mount can be obtained at level 15. It will help give the player better experience, but the draw back is that the mount only has a seven day life-cycle. To receive this special mount at level 15, simply speak to the Novice Guide. After the seven day life-cycle the Novice Mount disappears. No need to worry, because by the end of the seven days you should easily reach level 30 and you will receive another free mount from the Novice Guide.

Crystals
When you kill a monster, you will absorb energy from the fallen monster. This energy is called the Star's power. There is a blue bar next to your avatar that will increase with the death of every monster. When the blue bar is completely full, your character can use a skill called "Crystallize" which will form Crystals in your inventory. Crystal will be one of the most useful items in the game world, with uses ranging from crafting equipment, upgrading equipment, embedding gems, purging and evoking the soul of equipment. Although you can create Basic Crystals through Crystallize, this is only the beginning. Crystals have different qualities. You can obtain higher quality crystals by combining 6 lower quality crystals at a 100% success rate. For example, to gain a level 2 Crystal you must combine 6 level 1 Crystals. This same method is used to create Level 3 Crystals by Combining 6 level 2 Crystals, with each new level requiring 6 Crystals of its previous level. But be aware because the Star's Power used to create Crystals is also needed for your advanced skills as well!

Magic Cube
Behold the great power of the "Magic Cube"; the "Magic Cube" will be one of your greatest allies during your adventures in Chaos Online! The Magic Cube is so important because it is used in the upgrading of items, making sockets in equipment, reinforcing equipment, upgrading Crystals and Ore, purging extra attributes from equipment, activating extra attributes in equipment, embedding Skill Stones, and MUCH MORE!

Weapons
Weapons are one of the most interesting items in Chaos Online. There are five different qualities of weapons in this world: Normal, Refined, Elite, Perfect and Awakened. You can use different raw materials to create different quality weapons. A weapon of Perfect or Awakened quality absorbs experience during battles and levels up. The higher level the weapon is, the more powerful attributes it has. Once a weapon is awakened, you can put up to 8 sockets on it - 4 for different skill gems and 4 for eudemons, which will add extra power to your weapons. You can also reinforce your weapons to make them stronger. Other functions of weapons are still under development, such as a +1 system, quality upgrade on any items, and much more to come. We are sure once the game comes into Open Beta stage, you will experience all of these interesting functions.

Armors
One of the best features in Chaos Online is your armor! Along with the ability to upgrade your weapons, you are also able to upgrade your protective equipment (armor, rings, boots, necklaces, belts, bracelets, and helmets) with the use of a meteor. Now you don’t need to change the armor you have been working on so hard when your character levels up. You can simply use a meteor to upgrade your armor to another stage and all of its attributes will go up with the level upgrade. Gems can be embedded to your armor, and you can reinforce your armors to make them more powerful. By using precious gems, you are able to activate the hidden attributes of your armor. You can also easily change these attributes if you want something different!

Mounts
There are two types of mounts in the game. The first type is normal: This is a basic mount used to go from point "A" to point "B". These mounts do not grow, and you can not go into combat while riding. The second type is advanced: this type has the ability to grow and is able to be ridden while in combat. You can use a mount’s soul to activate the extra attributes of your mount and then use sapphires and ores to enhance them. A mount can be enhanced to a maximum of 9 times which would make it an ultimate mount (which is very powerful). Now, you can ride horses, tigers, leopards and motorcycles in this game. We are also developing for future use, bikes and skateboards for more modern mounts!

Eudemons
Eudemons are like pets attached to your awakened weapon. They will grow with your weapon and add extra attributes to it. Once a eudemon reaches a certain level, it can be reborned and you need to sacrifice another eudemon for it. Different eudemons have different growth rates and specialties. Currently there are three types of eudemons: single attribute eudemon, double attributes eudemon, and universal eudemon. They can be easily attached or unattached to a weapon. They absorb stars’ power to grow and their highest level will be +1 to your weapon’s level. They can reborn numerous times!

Gems
You can find various gems and stones in game. Some of the stones can assign you a very special skill; some of the gems can improve your attack or defense ability. You can easily embed the gems to your equipment or take them out. Low quality gems can be composed into high quality gems as well. Ores are used to fix the durability of your equipment. Some of these stones can help the growth of your mounts.

Wars
Currently there are three types of war happening on this ancient land, they are: Mine War, Race War and Boarder War. As to mine war, the purpose is to disturb the mining ground in Chaos Island. Target is the flag in the rival’s mining cave. Boarder war takes place in every evening from Monday to Thursday. You need to destroy rival’s guardian stones. The winning race will get the largest quota of exchanging Diamonds. Resource War takes place on every Saturday. Slay the rival’s guardian beasts and protect guardian stone of your own race. The winning race, every player will gain great amount of gold, honor points. And only the players of winning race are allowed to dig the very precious and useful crystal ores in the coming week.

Everyone has his own style of picking a game. To me I like click and point games, it's easy and playing game is to have fun not to regard it as a pro-job. I can play when I want, I can click when I want, I can point when I want, I can chat when I want. That's enough for me. If you like 2D games, you can have a try.
