Okay, I'll post a pic of my graphics as soon as I work out this problem. After a lot of experimenting I figured out finally that I can keep my fluid-like movement in the game with next to no lag with the graphic settings set high as long as i have the "complex shader distance" set at -1. The only problem with that is that my only source of lighting in the game is from the ambient light. =/ Anyone know any tricks to improve graphics without killing performance? Maybe I just need a new graphics card... Edit: I have an Acer AcerPower 1000, here's the specs: |

Wait, no one can go in the castle? Phew, that makes me feel better. I thought I was missing something important because I'm still locked out after playing for 6 months, haha. Now you've done it, Eccoton. I'm going to have to log in and see how much I can balance between graphics and game play. I've been playing with all the water-effects turned off for a long time now, maybe with some tweaking I can get that back on and continue to keep a good frame rate. Kudos! Edit: Maybe work on my UI setup as well, haha. I need to do some spring cleaning. |

Ugh, I don't support any of those anime-styled Koren MMO's, like the ones IGG releases left and right. However, my friends and I take a break from from WoW and EQ2 every once in a while to check out what's new in Tibia. I know a lot of people bash the game for its excruciating difficulty (and other problems, which may or may not be bad - depending on how you view it) but Tibia was the first MMO I played and it'll always remain dear to me. Oh, and it's free.. |

Oh geeze, you have a nice PC there. I swear the draw-distance only extends a few feet from my character with my setup. |

I agree with Fozzie22, some of you are confusing the news of the new update with this info on the next expansion. |

Surprisingly, LoN is infectiously addictive. |

I'm sure all the races will have their +/- just like any other MMO out there, deciding who you want to play as all comes down to personal preference and gameplay. I doubt any developer would create a race that topples just about everything else, what fun would that be? Me? Ori or Wraith most likely. |

Picking a neutral race means you can choose either good or bad side, determined by which island you want to start out on. With PvP, you're always against the opposite side in a free-for-all manner, ganking is pretty common... So to answer your question - it is Good vs. Evil PvP. |

I'm trying to enjoy LoN, really I am... But all I want is some worthwhile in-game loot. Edit: "Spamy Online Entertainment" hehe. |

The destructible walls in dungeons were a really nice update, I had no prior knowledge of 'em until I ran across one by accident ("That looks funny... Whoa!") haha |

I'm not too good with grouping, my focus changes often and I enjoy going my own way - so I had the same thoughts when I began EQ2 as well... It was really easy to make levels up to 20 (I was amazed how much I leveled within one week of playing), afterwards - it'll slow down a bit but there's nothing considerably hard about soloing. As long as you're in the right area for your level you should be fine. |

When I started this game last fall, I made my first character a dirge so I could get a good feel of the game before I made a main character... Since then, I've played nothing but my Dirge and haven't looked back since |

Does anybody know when this update will be released? Besides the bow display option, I doubt I'll participate with anything else but I look forward to it none the less... |

Being the first MMORPG for mobile phones. Cool, huh? Being a normal Tibia player for three years, I'd love to play this (just need to get a good phone for once + web service). The only thing that kind of bothers me is that I'm sure the user base out there is more than shallow

My friends and I, who have played for a number of years, all agreed that the incredibly harsh deaths in Tibia... Is a good idea. It's caused me to be very cautious when venturing in to new areas and extremely grateful to friends who are willing to risk their own lives by running back to my body to recover valuable items. If you're smart with the game, you'll go far. Risking life and limb when hunting has made Tibia far more realistic than any other MMO out there. |

Tons of people get angry at the SNES graphics + complete lack of sound... Personally I think it's a smart move on CIP's behalf, Tibia's low specs enable it be played on any average PC out there. |
