Go Outside! I dont mean that offensively, jus passing on my advice to myself.

I just finished trying ddo out again and its boring :( The illusive new content hasnt arrived and the quests are set up in a way where you can only get bored of them. Atleast if it was straight hack and slash grinding I could zone out but when youve done the zone for the 5th time that week or even day and then someone runs into a trap everyone knows about - you jus become overcome with boredom :)

People are constantly re-rolling but never getting past level 3 so its hard to find people between levels 3 and 10 (everyone has a level 10 tho lol). Its very difficult to group as a lot of people that play ddo play it because they only have 30-45 minutes to play and people leave constantly. If you can do the free trial then go for it but I always feel like the fun has to end ... I'll run out of patience to do the same quests again and again or someone will leave (usually the healer - no offence to healers just sods law) and the party will then collapse with the quest uncompleted.

Berserk is an amazing anime, set in medieval times - a must watch.

If you like witch-hunter robin then you'll probably like Elfen Lied.
Also, dont ignore Evangelion - its a bit artisty especially toward the end but the plot and ideology is excellent.

Captain Harlock [sci-fi] & Gun Frontier [western] are good series with shared characters.

You havent watched Cowboy Beebop and it is really good! I was put off as every man and his dog has watched it but its not over-rated.

Its been a while so I cant remember too many more. If you really want to waste some time you can watch all of the gundam series. Gundam Seed is my favourite. Also, Macross 0 is good & only 6 episodes.

That should be enough if you watch all of them lol

FYI - Dual channel is a *motherboard* feature and is created by using identical ram sticks. If the sticks dont match then single channel will be enforced.

I have pre ordered the game and Im not convinced that there are any developers currently assigned to it :P Considering they refuse to give refunds I wouldnt be surprised if people simply rant to high heaven until and after its release. This company has an unprofessional web site and has never made a game before - combined with all the promises theyre making, i think people nervously anticipate a failure and beg for evidence to the contrary.

But more importantly - the mmorpg industry is in a slump, people are spread widely across whateva game they can tolerate whilst waiting for the new sliced bread. If this game is not released before one of the next generation (star trek online, tabula rasa, huxley) - it will not even be able to break even.

After making a dire attempt to make an alt on both planetside and dungeons & dragons online - i give up. These games leave me more stressed than when i started. I have tried almost every game on the market and when I say almost - the ones Ive missed out are 2d.
Im so bored I downloaded Veronica Mars and a TV show with MICHAEL MOORE presenting it *sobs and breaks down* :P

What I'd give to be in a full party and in dantooine mining outpost right now ....
