They completely ignored the social realm. How on earth can you be a dev and not realize the importance of good virtual community. This replaced SOCIAL with STORY. Thus, we now have this Massive Co'op Game that people must pay monthly for.

you are right, whats the point having different talent trees and builds available if there really is always only one way to go to be accepted for the meter people and wich other hand leads you to endgame content only if you follow that rule.

So I wonder how the poll would look if it asked me as part of it and many like myself?  Makes me wonder if all of these themepark MMO's are developing content in the wrong area.  

i feel you, eventho ive done quite abit raiding myself and i have to say its quite often really annoying just because its time consuming factor i also have family to spend time so beloved hobby gaming needs not to take all day to do silly thing like adventure in dungeon.

skyrim even after heavy modding is still boring. once thro like you said too easy nahnah nono.

bar high? well no, in what sense? there is so many flaws in that game but lets just say few things, dialogue first for example after you killed 50 dragons there still comes guard saying you did i heard there was dragon attacked in helgen.

also concole ported to pc wich you needed to mod your skyrim like no other to get it decend on pc, not to mention the game was finished when you actually tought its starting. huge disappointment in my book.

Otherwise I sometimes done it while waiting for a player to the group, but that is more out of boredom than anything else. I must say that I was surprised how crappy gear many tanks wore though. Never kicked anyone for crappy gear though, it is not what you have but what you do with it that matters (even though several of those tanks indeed got kicked but because incompetence instead, not all though).

well anyway my gear was shit as hell and i started raiding dungeons with them and was healing better than any of those nicely geared healers and become main healer in no time , its not about gear so much its about what you do and how.

but i dont want to know what whos having and etc i think gearscoring players is stupid idea.

This game, alllll the way down to the CORE mechanics, is totally different than wow. Go spread your stuff elsewhere mmk?

In terms of PvP. No open world (although, you can pathetically argue WoW has OWPvP), and generic grindy battlegrounds. Even their world vs world vs world is simply a bigger instanced "game", there's no persistence whatsoever. It's like WoW's Alterac Valley on a much larger scale.

had on early days when people group up to attack some opposite faction sectors like for example major crossroad battles , there wasnt any other reason for it thatn just try to destroy the place killing npc or horde players as via if you played with alliance or defend the place as horde, this type of pvp should have implemented to be rewarding and target change and players actually got some rewards for doing it. i just remembered it to be most fun pvp i remember on wow times, alterac valley lastet hours at early stage aswell so im only glad if that type of pvp is going to be in gw2 with larger scale.

What I want to know is after 7 years and hundreds of millions of dollars is this all they got? I canceled my preorder (along with all my friends) after not seeing the "miracle" patch 3 days after getting into head start on the first wave. Saved myself from wasting 60 bucks.

i played not only the release month and i got to this what you are writing. this game like many others smells like concole designing and should be brought and released only the mushroom controller dwellers via concole. bring back the pc games i beg from the industry! and someone there said it is made for general population yes i agree, general players who dont have years of experience of gaming and can just funrun thro the content without major problems.

yes and unfortunately in my opinion you only get hacked when you enter your log in details in some dodgy web page relating to game and aslong you keep your details just ingame login you will be fine. this happen to example wow fake armory and quite alot account were hacked due this and ofc none had done nothing wrong as they say " cant believe im hacked , havent done nothing"

simple, designers are not really gamers for passion. they dont loev gaming they just love the possible " money " what comes out of it. companies are full people with useless certificates without any experience years back from gaming.

implement tool to fully customize your Ui it has been done couple of cases before so it can be done no issues.

also id like to add game wich have nice Ui default without even a need to customize and its dragon age2.
