Not important? i actually would love to know if the final AION release will have GameGuard or not, Since gameguard Manages to generate blue screens in my computer i must be prepared -.- .

Actually, since i know the date was early 2009, i got very dissapointed ;_; ... my expectactios were for june 2008.

And i would really love to play Aion, i'm so sick of the current MMORPGS out there.  I know Aion is going to be perfect.. but damn it, can't they rush it a little? at least open US  /  EU beta's. Or only Koreans have the right? i know its a korean game from a Korean team, however its  going to be sold and played in US / EU also.

I sure hope not.

GameGuard is the biggest failure in security i've ever seen, and hey, it even manages to create conflicts with every piece of legitimate software and hardware of your computer!

Don't get me wrong, I don't hate or even dislike manga or animé. I used to watch animé when I was a kid and still today I can find myself slightly charmed by the manga art-style.

BUT, somehow I get the feeling that the devoted Aion fanbase believes that one must love manga in order to truly be justified to follow the games development and have an opinion.

Well Aion is Korean, and that means its Asian.

Asian culture on games tends to anime style, as were western tends to the typical cartoon style. No you don't need to love manga or animé to like this game, because its a game, and not an anime, if your problem is gameplay, you will problably like Aion.

However i'm pretty sure you won't like the world/environment/characters so much as the rest of the fans, because as you says, you dont appreciate the type.

That would indeed be a wonderful idea. Something strange though is that the price in Amazon for the Collection Edition and the Normal edition is exactly the same.

I made my order about 5 months ago from amazon, of the normal version (im afraid if the collection's edition takes longer to reach, and well my main concern is the game itself and not the box extras.)

And im actually quite curious why the UK Amazon still lists Aion release date as of 30 june, its quite irrealistic.

Índeed. Any game that aims at a sucessuful life, or at a steady income per month, to allow them to increase the game quality MUST BE P2P monthly.

Hello.

The standard format that games use nowdays its separated by zones.

Which means that if you buy a European copy you will play on European servers, However quite laggy in your case.

I would advise you to play on American Servers, Korean might be faster for you, altough everything being in Koren language cannot be pleasent for you.

So it should be about your choice, however, be warned that NcSoft didnt confirm how the zones are gonna be seperated.

Well i actually agree a bit with you. However my fear resides in Ganking, you see, if you are ganked by a much powerful group of opponents (beware that ganking means being killed without any chance to win or retaliate) and get a death penaly..  For that i do not agree at all.

Now if we are talking about Mutual pvp like in the Abyss, i sure as hell agree with death penaly. (cause if someone  is in the Abyss it's for pvp purpouses :P )

Casual or not, Death Penaly is a very stupid thing in a game, atleast PvP death penalty.

I miss the old days when that was fun..I was ganked so much I got frustrated, but found others to help find the ganker and kill him/her. THATS FUN!

Crying about it only gets these PvP aspects nerfed so hard you can watch TV and PvP at the same time nowadays! So sad it came to this.

People dont want to learn, adapt and overcome..they want an "IWIN" button from Walmart to play games today. PATHETIC!

Well that's why Games like AOC were made, for people like you, Who like viscerous, brutal, violent and pure pvp. (and i do like AOC, however not for the same reasos i seem to adore AION)

What part of learn are you talking aboutt? i am talking about ganking, as where i have no chance of retaliation, You are the type of player that ruins other people's game just for your own fun, i hate your kind really! Geez, if you play a game to get Frustated, or your real life is really empty or i dont know.

Personally, a game is something to have fun, play, if you want  pvp, Fine!  if you don't want pvp, just make your quests or whatever you desire, without having to be harassed by agressive morons like you!

Go play your counter strike games please! let MMO ROLE PLAYING GAMES actually make what the title says.

Death Penalty? urghh... to  be killed by a possibly overpowered class and have a invasion of frustation? no thanks, playing for fun actually.

I personally like it like this ALOT, it actually encourages ppl to pvp without having afraid to try it.

What i dislike, its questing in my zone, with my friends, and coming a lvl ?? player and gank us to death, that will make us logout of frustation.

That's something i had in WoW, and that's something i wont tolerate.

Also got an AOC closed beta key, its a nice game, i helped Fun Com in the test by providing feedback and everything, I reckon its a great game, great graphics, nice mature content.. However AION is more like my kind of game.

I myself play WoW, and i'm not giving up until Illidan is down, that's my personal game objective (On Mother right now).

I tryed AOC, i have an Closed Beta key. The graphics are perfect, if you have a good system, the level of detail its just .. .perfect. So dont you dare to say the graphics are not stunning, and well dont even try to compare them to Cartoon WoW.

It's a mature game also, not for kiddies, it has many violence/sex/you name it included, personally i liked the game, however i am waiting for AION to leave WoW and not AOC.

And it's an Open Beta, did you even played WoW in Beta? in the first months of WoW, it didnt exist Honor, Battlegrounds, Raids, Arenas, Free epics, and lol OFF-SPECS? no way, there wasn't viable.

So i know most of the player just love that World of CasualCraft because any newb can play it perfectly and be full decked of epics, therefor it appeals to avery large proportion of players.

Now is AOC better than WoW? in terms of Content, i guess not, in termos of gameplay/graphics? HELL YEAH.

btw, the loading times have been cut down by about 10 times, there was a 700 mb patch to solve that :) .

There's been no news on European / NA Beta, and the estimated launch was Q3 Europe, i guess that schedule is impossible to reach now, maybe around quarter 4 we should expect the game?  i Really hope it comes out before WOTLK!

Well, As long as the GM'S are quick or banning bots, or the Game Programmers, think in a system that will not allow the usage of bots, guess it will be partially ok.

OFC there's always one or two in this process.
