Ive had the login music looping in the background for hours, never gets old.

If you ran it and it redownloaded all of the files, you're all set. The launcher screen should have a picture of a woman and some text about the beta event.

what class would you advise me and why?

While I am only familiar with Warrior in wow and the blood mage in vanguard, I suggest the mesmer.

This is due to the unique charge in and charge out abilities with the some melee/range.  

Edit: Or possibly the thief.

+Paladin (WoW)

+Ironbreaker (Warhammer)

+Assassin (Aion)

+HoX, cant remember spelling, mage/warrior class (Age of Conan)

Shame it has a ton of glitches on installation...
