the game is pretty fun. but im less than hardcore- i can see pvp'ers loving it. Im also looking forward to my first full group dungeun.

I am less than hardcore. I'm playing on a pvp server for the first time in my life. done zero pvp in any other games.its pretty cool, edgy-enjoying it. I have a lvl 17 assasin.

What is the difference between level 1 armor and say, level 10 armor? Does your armor value go up?

is the search for group feature a little broken? Or, do I just not know how to use it. it doesn't seem to filter my preferences correctly. i attempt to join and wrong levels, wrong locations. Any tips for this?

Please add anything you know. Cool shortcuts, must haves, must do's, whatever.

what about Cloverfield? watched it last night. i thought it was good for first person cam style but i had no idea how or what they were.

i just upgraded from a 8600gts(256MB) to 8800gt oc2.

vista 32bit, 2gig ram, 2.4quad core.

with the 8600 i had to play on medium with 2.0 shaders for smooth play. and it was very smooth. installed my 8800gt and cranked it to high with shaders 3.0. @168081050 i get 25fps in tortage, smoothly. much higher fps elsewhere in the game.

try shaders 2.x or 2.0 if you are studdering or bad fps. ctrl alt f to display fps.

the mobs die fast early on. they get a bit tougher assuming you are killing your level +1 or 2 above you. taking 2 or 3 at a time is also rewarding.

it has pvp with collision of the characters. combos, skills all that you'd expect but with character collision and directional attacking. also, maybe a distract bind where i remove all my gear for a nice in your face titty distraction.

what server is this? and that pizza looks like dominos- had an extravegganza tonite- ham,onions,grn peppers,sausage,beef,mushrooms and pepperoni- i also have the chicken wings sitting in the fridge for a 2-3AM snack-

i need a guild cause im on a pvp server and its rough without peeps- i never pvp'd in any other mmo- this game seems fitting to alter-ego a pvp killer-

ctrl alt delete, task manager- end process for all virus progs and firewall progs. its worth a go.  turn off windows firewall too.

As for The Witcher, I played it for all of 3 hours and then gave it away to someone I hated.  I think THIS sums it up very well.

What you have to realize is that this is US national energy policy, we do not bring up the oil that is under our country, we consume foreign oil first. If oil is a depletable commodity, why would we want to deplete ours to zero first? Think of the day the Saudi's don't have any more oil, and we do.....

Same with the strategic petroleum reserve, it is not US energy policy to run it down to zero because people are belly aching that prices are too high. It is for when we can't get our hands on oil.....

vista 32bit- can i put 4GB in? or i should say will 4 gig register with vista 32bit?

vista 32bit, 2.4 q6600(quad), 2GB ram, 8600 GTS(256MB)

i currently play @ 1680*1050, vsync forced on-medium with shader 2.0. in tortage i get 20fps and its smooth. white sands i can 30-40 consistently smooth. the textures in tortage are dull until i get closer to them and they load in to medium settings. its all smooth but i wish to jack up some settings. my display is capable of 1920*1200.

8800 GT OC2 512MB is on the way- can i play at 1920* on high settings with 3.0 shaders?
