It seems like most of the newer MMO's allow all of your avatars on the same server to access the same warehouse.

1. No. When you click the house, it will show the name of owner, and you can invite others to go into your own house.

2. You can ride the mount.  When its stravation degree or stamina is lower than 30%, you should feed it; when it is 0, it can't add any attr to you and you can't go off it, but it won't die.

5. It is the movement click-to-move

6. Yes. You can send an email or PM to your ingame friends when they are off-line.

7. There is a warehouse in game, but it can't be shared among all of your avatars on a server.

8. Your avatar doesn't need to eat to live, but HP and MP potions are required in battle.

9. Depending on your auction permit.
