But anyway, I'm sorry you didn't like it man. That's they way it rolls at times I guess. I do like War
myself though. 

I just hate how every mmo needs to be compared to WoW each time.

WoW has alot of people and is popular,.. but so was N-sync and they weren't my thing either. haha

I play WoW and War right now and plan on paying for, and playing both. 

I'm sick of fanboys coming in all the time saying War fails.

WoW had one raid instance. (I could be wrong, was UBRS the only thing in and
MC patched in or was MC in from the get-go?)

No instance pvp, and really was bugged and the graphics engine had just
as many hangs and hook-ups as War does now.

I love both games, can't wait for WotLK and patches for War but...

Give it up! War is an awesome game and more PvP slanted. Pve is really
nice on War just dungeons aren't as long and there isn't as many pve raids.
(But there is PvE Raid bosses.)

It's amazing how much hate new mmo's get because little kids get uneasy
that people will leave the game they are currently playing cause mom and
dad won't pay for two mmo accounts.
 

I wish this pity stuff would stop.

I play WoW and now I also play Warhammer.

When I picked up War I had all the 'medicore' reviews from
many WoW fanboys in the back of my mind as was somewhat
worried.... but I picked it up and it's tons better then I thought it
would be. I love it.

I still play WoW too. Love that game as much.

I play the games I like. I know there are a lot of thirteen year olds
that can't convince their parents to play for two subs and get defensive.

I also know there are many people that feel they can't dedicate time
to two mmo's, or just plain are obsessive and hate to divide their
attention between two worlds. More power to them! You do what
feels most comfortable like I do myself.

But this WoW dominance stuff needs to stop.

One of the best selling albums was N-Sync? Do you love N-sync?

Well these WoW people are like N-sync fans laughing at Jazz or
classical music because it can't sell aswell as N-sync. To that I
say, "Go #$%^  yourself."

It's this fanboy crap that makes MMO companies unwilling to
support a game that doesn't have over two million players.

And even worse that attitude makes companies unwilling to
fund MMO developers that have 'new' ideas only wanting carbon
copies of WoW.

I love WoW but it's killing any creativity in the MMO market, I'm
just glad some mmo's are fighting and making it that are very
unique (i.e. EvE, CoX, Ect...)

People that are so quick to run and defend WoW's dominance 
would line up infront of a dumpster if it had a velvet rope and
others waiting infront of it.

EQ2 looks good and I was talking to someone I work with. He plays but was on the cusp of quiting. I was asking some questions about it and his biggest 2 complaints were:

1. Total Lack of armor variety.
(Biggest one having him going to wow again.)

2. Much of EQ looks like a medieval ghetto instead of high fantasy.
(Not that big of a complaint but didn't like it.)

EQ2 sounds cool but I'm not really feeling like jumping into another SoE game where no graphics are updated. EQ1 hasn't made a graphics change since SoL,.. EQ2 was trying to make hats I believe but I don't think they ever finished.

Are they doing something about this? I know SoE has a habbit of saying alot but never delivering, espcially with graphics.

I was wondering what MMO's (Free or pay) have the best and/or most roleplayers.
I'm playing WoW right now and as much as I love the game it's a blackhole
for roleplay (except for a few here and there.)

What mmo's out there hold a healthy rp community? I really even don't
care about the theme though fantasy would be best.

Also if you know any muds that are good out there, let me know! I'm just
sick of grinding when there isn't much rp to back it up.
