I just bought a station pass to play vanguard after reading the update promise, i LOVED vanguard when i played it the last time but playing a dead game seemed useless, Hope i Still enjoy it, DLin ATM

You'll be able to catch up to your friends in just a few weeks, atleast lvl wise, I stopped playing WoW 2 months ago but have been playing since release, its a good game and timesink but it gets boring after awhile, Give the trial a try, if you dont like it then wait for something new to release.

So after watchin some youtube clips and reading this thread, What more can i expect from MO? Downloading trial as we speak.

A VIp key would make my holidays epic! Thanks in advance.

that dosen't really change the fact that its a worse game, LoL is good if ur new to the MOBA genre, very forgiving and noob friendly, but once you feel that the game is to easy or not enough depth then you turn to HoN, with far more depth and not so unforgiving, one lost team fight can cost you the whole game, And yes i know its a "skin" for DotA but its still a better game in the genre, even good ol' dota is better then LoL will ever be.

there is almost no difference between the 4890HD and the 5850HD perfomance wise, might be a 5-10% increase... its really not worth the money, if ur going to upgrade rather save for a 5870 or wait until the 5890 comes...

I got a laptop with the 3200hd from school and i'm able to play WoW on medium and such, Most demanding game i've played on it was modern warefare 2 on low resolution and settings but still above avarage FPS, Would never get a laptop for gaming with that graphics card tho, Just save money another month and get something decent.

Some minutes ago me and my friend discussed some PvE content in WoW and realized that it all sucked, I mean they give bosses 4+ abilities they use and they always do them in the same order, So i came up with a thing i think ALOT of mmorpgs should be trying out, What if they give a boss, Lets say a Dragon 150abilities, All in the things a dragon can do(Breathe fire etc:P) but they just randomed 5+ abilities insted of having him do the same 5 all the time in the same order, That would lead to alot more challanging PvE fights, and the need of alot more coordinated group, PUGing would get alot harder etc, And if you would whipe and get back to the boss he will do 2 of the abilities he used in the last fight but 3 of them would still be random and if you whipe once again he will still use the 2 from the last fight and random 3 other.

That would make PvE encouters ALOT more fun Imo, I just wanted to know what you guys think of this, Am i completley retarded?

I would swap the 4870HD for a 5770HD(videocard), Pretty much the same performance but the 5770hd supports Eyefinity and dx11, I would also go with a WD black 7200RPM HDD.

Hello party people, So after being totally burned out with WoW i'm thinking of going back to one of the games i tried at launch, I'd love some suggestions on which one to choose,
The games i have to choose from are.

Aion
Darkfall
Warhammer online

Would love if anyone currently playing any of these games could help me out, And if you know any other great game you think i should try out, Throw me some suggestions, Just don't suggest Eve, Fell asleep when i tried the trial... Anything else goes :)

is the best linked so far, Would get the Haf 922 case in combo with that, All other people have been linking OUTDATED 775 platforms, The lynnfield(intel i5)platform is Awesome for gaming with the rigg i quoted you could max out anything on todays market except for mabye crysis, It also incldes a DX11 graphics card which could be useful later on and the whole system is VERY future proof, Picking anything from the 775 platform(the ones loke666 linked for example) would be like cutting your wrists with a teaspoon. It would have been a good system 1-2 years ago, but currently its VERY over priced and outdated, And also Crossfire/sli is when you use 2 linked graphics cards in teh same computer which grants higher performance. Yeah, when I did that was when the Catalyst Control Center stopped functioning correctly, it crashes sometimes on startup now.  Uninstalling then doing it again doesn't help it work correctly.

I use Windows Vista, and I just installed a new mobo (same model, my old one one broke) / Video card / power supply at one point.  Also, if it helps, My router is messing up recently, which may be the cause of my WoW / TF2 lag.

Theres the problem in it all if you get a new Mobo you HAVE to format your system hard drive and reinstall windows, I can pretty much bet all my current money on that, Just format you hard drive and do a clean install of everything and youll have a great system.

Here you have and AWSOME gaming comp, better CPU then you picked, Better RAM, Better Monitor(got one of these my self), Better Motherboard with support for CrossfireX if you would ever want an second 5770hd card to boost performance, The i5 CPU is FAR superior to the Intel c2d that you picked.  Its also abit cheaper, Picked out all the parts from newegg.com
