Decay helps to solidify the idea of weak items in DF. I for one don't want to get ownd every time I come up against someone with the Sword of 1337. If it takes item decay to limit the power of weapons, I'm fine wiht it. Also, I will guess that decay is very slow, and you can repair the items periodicly.

You can fly. You can climb the tallest structure arround, then jump . I doubt the devs will include any more flight than this because it isn't necessary. We have been told already that we can get everywhere with flight, and I see no point in fluff like flight included in DF puching the release date further back. Also, the devs are trying to make Darkfall realistic, and unless you send me a picture of you flying, I am content to say that flight is impossible in RL.

I think just about everyone who follows Darkfall is with me on this one. We have been waiting for so long, now that they finally have an almost ready virsion of the game I am about ready to kill myself if they don't tell us the release date soon. I guess I might be satisfied with a good Q&A this friday instead tho :)
