Okay so I found out its a 350 WAT PSU, I've heard people beying able to run a 8800GT there with no issues, can this be done?

I cant go to sysrequirements lab, because if you took your time to read at least the first sentence of what i wrote instead of just pressing reply right away, I have it beying shipped, not here yet.

Im not sure if that is true about the PSU though, I saw online some reviews saying it that that, but the review also stated the specs and werent even close to mine, it was duel core and 2gb ram, mines is alot better so I think im gonna check Dell online chat and ask them and see.

I made this thread because the power supply i heard is 300-305 WAT,  and i heard 8800GT needed like 400, so wouldnt there be a problem there?

Can I run this game? I would try canyourunit.com but I havent actually ordered the PC yet, I want to see if this PC will be able to handle it without any problems before I do. And can anyone reccomend a video card?

Hey i'm getting a new PC to hopefully be able to play WAR with when it comes out, im not that computer literate so can someone tell me if ill be able to run it on this setup:

Yeah 256mb is very low, should probably upgrade this. you can get a a 1 gig ram stick for like 20$ at newegg

lol WoW will not die, wow has 10.9 million subs right now, it will probably loose some to WAR but WoW will still have the majority, and alot of people have quit playing right now and will re-sub once WotLK hits, soooooooooooooooooooo

An example I can offer is this:  When The Lord of the Rings Online came out and had their monster play available, the player side of battles could win nearly every time.  This led to one-sided and short battles with the monster players usually being "rolled" by the players.  Many monster players would just log off and give up because they were tired of losing.  Then a major patch came and reversed the trend.  The monster players became stronger and gained trolls.  The players were then losing frequently, and actual battles became few and far between.  Players didn't want to spend their time getting trounced by trolls, so they would defect and log on a monster instead.

My feeling in this case would be that if the game focuses on RvR (or just plain 2-sided PvP as the case truly is), it could go bust if the numbers are uneven.  People don't like to lose, and they hate to be constant losers.  Any thoughts or theories on why you think this might NOT be the case?

I think that 50 well co-ordinated people, that heal, buff and help each other can totally beat a zerg of 100 charging them.

Not really!! look at other games, one class is always praised over others and with a system with this with so many "unique" classes *cough* old classes being renamed *cough*  many gamers will be swayed into playing the highly advertised classes like the marauder and the shaman but in all honesty the game will just be another ticktacktoe grinder ( i dunno if that's a new term it just made sense to me) Tank goes in, dps goes in, healer heals, mob dead, rinse repeat

Now to compare it to everyone's favorite ashtray WoW, people complain about battlegrounds in wow, but look at the pvp videos released on WAR it looks exactly like a battleground mixed with an fps kind of landscape so it's like runescape+gunz.

I dunno about all of you but i really do just see this game being another pain of a grinder with lack luster quests being shaded by the idea that "lore makes a game" which is utter bull, look how succesful wow is - the only thing most gamers know about Warcraft lore was obtained from warcraft 1 through 3.

So sure it'll have a ton of subscriptions.. i mean who isnt looking for something good? i'm just saying it wont live as long or as steadily as many other games such as everquest 2 or guild wars for that matter..

How can you say that it will be a bad game? You've never played it yet, and honestly, have u ever played DAoC?

So I've been looking for a new MMORPG to play for some time now ( after playing world of warcraft for 2 years). Been struggling to find one for a few weeks now and I guess i've overlooked LOTRO, anyway I checked it out and am downloading the 14 day trial as i write this. I read that this game is very PvP orientated, which I like (im more of the raiding kind than anything else), so I was wondering this...since this game isnt very PvP orientated there are no such things are unbalanced, overpowered classes, right? I mean, you can pick any class and be on par with every other class.

Would like an answer if anyone if nice enough to repond,
