Looks like it'll be worth a try. However one of the videos you got on YouTube, for some entirely unfathomable reason you decided to put an Evanessence song over the action. You are uploading these onto YouTube for promotional purposes intending to make a profit on this game, right? If so, I think the RIAA might not look too kindly on it if you're not paying royalties. It would be better to stick with the game music, I would think. |

I remember back in SWG Image Designers could change your appearance but were also used to change your base stats. When "I don't care what I look like" PvP kiddies would get ID'ed and be rude to the ID'er, sometimes they'd mess up their face while waiting on the timer to make the change. And since these guys were always wearing a helmet, it would be a long time before they ever noticed. When they did, they'd always suddenly get an interested in their toon's appearance

Dude you do realize that a BH can't have all those things you listed at the same time due to only having 45 points for Expertise, right? Well you might do it but then you'd lose the rifle or carb line which is a necessity because otherwise you'd be out of action after firing 4 specials. Even then you'd still not have the sprint and snare break. Also BH does not have good AOE attacks, they only have two and one of them, Burn, is almost never used. Just about every other class has better AOE attacks, but then that's not what BH is for. My BH when I left had sprint, armor break, and shields but I also didn't have any of the debuffs because I ran out of points. |

Perhaps next time you shouldn't automatically assume the most negative thing you can think of. |

Nevermind, I found the key statement there. "What if the pre-cu version of the game had never existed and the game had been like its current state when I started, would I have liked the game? Would I have continued playing it as long as I played?" Well I for one did indeed "forget" preCU and attempted to look at the game through fresh eyes. I gave it quite a long time to make a positive impression on me. There were some things I liked but more that I dislike, or more accurately, were indifferent too. The biggest gripe I have on the game right now is that it does nothing to distinguish itself. All those unique features others tout are things left in from preCU. Everything else has been homogonized so much that it might as well be called "Industry Standard MMO; SciFi/Fantasy Edition." I can get the same game experience from the free MMO's out there. Why should I pay money for something that offers nothing more than what I can get for free?

Run ten missions a day for the XP payouts and grind. You can do the occasional quest on Kash starting around 60ish but a lot of them aren't very soloable and require space and won't carry you very far. Around 80 you can hit Must till about 85 or so. If you can find someone to help you then after 85 do one of the themeparks. Then grind some more. You haven't found any other info because there isn't any other info. If that sounds crappy, and it is, please go voice your opinion on the official forum. |

PvP balance isn't such a big issue if there are other things in the game to do. And even in PvP there are ways to diversify it. Some builds are good at dueling, some at group battle. There are other ways to gain balance than just trying to make all the skills the same. |

Honestly I think the lack of bugs, overall polish, and low spec requirements are what made the game. I really emphasis the low spec deal, almost anyone can run the game. Think about it; more people have old computers than new ones and even those that have new ones don't have the best graphics rigs. From the get go games like Vanguard lose a huge chunk of potential audience by just what type of computer you need to run it. All in all, WoW doesn't just have the largest number of subscribers, it also has the largest POTENTIAL player base of just about any other MMO out there save EQ1. |

Can I get a two sentence summary of this? I seriously can't be bothered to read the whole thing. It seems like you're taking up a page to say something that can be in a paragraph and when I tried to read it I found myself thinking about butterflies. Sorry. |

The openess reminds me a bit of old SWG. I like games where I'm not railroaded into a class and choose what skills I want instead. |

Cash shops suck but this one doesn't seem too bad actually. The only real necessity is for rebirth cards and in the long run it is cheaper than sub games. Of course there are other things you can buy but I have the impression that most are unnecessary, like new hairstyles and such. |
