Only thing you can improve is AA and AF in your ATI control panel.

Set AF and AA to maximum and the game will look much better.

Other then that you can't do sht except the normal ingame settings.

If performance is what you want, I heard 4870s overclock like crazy.

Of course it takes more horsepower then WoW. WoW is 4 years old game what did you expect.

I recommend at least 2 GB of RAM if you are having memory problems.

KOTOR 2 was not all that bad imo.

NWN2 is a great game with lots of bug (really really lots of them) and the x pac is one of the best RPG experiences I had since fallout and baldur's gate.

He bought the game today and has this authentication failiures.

I got no problem though...

There's also 64 bit XP.

That doesn't matter though, I think you don't have enough RAM to fully enjoy WAR.

You will need a new Motherboard I think.

4GB is unneeded for WAR, but go ahead RAM is cheap and more won't hurt.

HD4850 is a best buy and will offer great peformance in any game.

Also make sure your PSU will be strong enough to handle the new config.
Your MBO has to have a PCIe x16 slot.

Some people complain about graphics, but I think they are fine. Some people complain about combat, but seeing from videos they are just fine. Nothing new about combat, but that doesnt necesserally mean that its bad.

I am planning on buying WAR, but I am not sure which class should I be. I decided to go Destruction, and I would like being a caster.

Now my question is:

Is Magus a good ranged DPS and is he good in PvP? If not can you recommend me some other class? Maybe Sorcerrer?
