I can't think of a western MMO looking better then TERA. Maybe Guild Wars 1 and now Guild Wars 2 has the best art style, but that's also influenced by the east. So...

I'm on these forums ALOT and on the En Masse forums, and he's the only guy I've seen that can't register an account. On the basis that every minute dozens or maybe hundreds of people are registering new accounts, this makes me think he could be trolling?

I enjoyed that. I'm on the fence about TERA, I loved the beta, well, I loved BAMs and PVP, brilliant stuff. Questing isn't so good. But brilliant game overall, really well made and future content updates look hawt.

I wasn't too keen on TERA at first, it wasn't until the later levels did my class get more interesting with more abilities, leaving the starter island and sampling the BRILLIANT PVP did my view of TERA change. The combat is just so good, especially for PVP with no lame lock on targetting.

Thinking of not getting Diablo III and getting this instead, I certainly had more fun in TERA then I did in the Diablo III beta.

PVP is brilliant in this game because you can dodge alot of the damage so you can have some nice prolonged fights, no lame lockon assist and having a bunch of heatseeking fireballs heading your way.

• Diablo 3 has removed all stats. Thing that is ABC of RPG. In Diablo 3 case this is also severely limiting number of stats on item drops aswell, which in term also nerfs item collecting fun.

Yes you don't put a point in str or what ever each level, stats are on gear you want to max out str then collect str gear. Gems

• Xbox graphics - No high res textures on 2012 PC game

Personal opinion - define hi-res, what resolution do textures need to be to be "hi-res"?

• No server browser ( just auto connect to random game)

Wrong, you choose what quest you want to play and the game finds others doig that same quest, or you can form a party with your friends and start a quest.

Bottom Line - OP doesn't know enough the game and thinks just cus the old stat and tree system is not present we don't have something a little more interesting replacing it.

I think Lobotomist should update his original post and correct his errors. Did you go into D3 wanting to dislike it or something?

TERA is gorgeous, but I start off the game killing mobs to collect 5 if this and 6 of that. Lazy. They couldn't be bothered to make engaging content. With Diablo 3 (Open beta has been great) and GW2 (friend played beta) looming with good questing, how will TERA hope to stand?

Old news. Made me LOL, think the devs said those tanks will be gone ASAP, yeah I bet they will. Games Workshop love to carry lawsuits in their back pocket.
