When I was new to Eve Online, the first thing I did was join the Help channel. Wow, you won't believe how much you learn of the game in there. It's always a busy channel, and mostly, people who are ISD (Basically players who volunteer to help new players) join the help channel and they answer a heck of alot of questions. |

Why angry ? Blizzard were swarmed with hundreds of thousands of open beta applicants, first come first served was all that could be done. Although, I believe fileplanet and Blizzard bittorrent were the only places to get the open beta client, which hurt the whole thing the most, I wished there were more options. It was definately hard work downloading the beta client, although so far, actually playing the game has caused me no problems, and I'm loving it. Is it true WoW is coming out in UK in mid-February 2005? O_o :< |

I agree. Eve Online is a wonderful game. And the Exodus expansion looks beautiful, wait until you see the new graphical effects. |

I think it will, and alot of people love hardcore PVP, and the only good MMORPG to have that level of PVP is Eve Online and DAOC. |

Morrowind is great, isn't it :) Planescape: Torment is an oldie, but a goodie, if you can find it. Oh, and Arx Fatalis is good too :) |
