I am fairly good at crawling around the internets’ dark underbelly to find all kinds of stuff. Gary Whiting is very illusive, and that was the only photograph I uncovered. I was really trying to find one before the crazy hair, and one after.

Well I have a tendency not to believe board moderators, and here’s why:

• They are volunteers who work remotely, some are many states away from the CME office.
• They are not involved in the day-to-day development hussle n’ bussle
• They only know what they are told, via board IM, e-mail and maybe the occasional telephone call

While I’m not disputing whether the screen shot is new or old, it just seems odd that they would take almost the exact same screen shot 4 months later.   The fact that they have to defend wether a screen shot is old or new should tell you something.

Anyway, with all the money/licensing problems, screen shots are the least of our worries now.

Thanks Dez Pifko, I very much agree with your sediments.  And yeah, that was a tough weekend for me in many ways. I am in a much better place and regret saying anything – but it is what it is.

Out of curiosity, I asked my boss if he thought my husband venting in frustration about my work not paying employees for three months, if that was confidential. He laughed and reassured me that most legit employers wouldn't not pay their employees for that long so it was mute.   

This is the only rule in the registration process: 

"By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

I didnt see anything in the Code of Conduct that specifically applied to me.  However, I now know why MMOGULS is a banned word on the SWG Boards.   See Rule #1:

1. Conduct or send surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spam or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

Wow, still not sure what to say about this. Apparently, I was banned for repeating what has been all over the web, and confirmed by CME, about employees not being paid. I have never shared anything confidential -- and nor would I ever (unless CME closes shop, days or years from now).

Bummer, I followed that website to help find out whether my husband was going to get paid or not :(   They seemed to give information in a more timely fashion.

It's seriously has been since the end of March since anyone at CME was paid and it's a real struggle.
 

The 'days since pay' site is apparently not being updated and therefore the information presented is way out-of-date.   I'm fairly certain there's been some paycheck movement recently.
