You guys just cant stand it. You are chomping at the bit for anything that suggests that SWTOR will be "teh fail" of all MMOs. I have no interest in Guild Wars 2, Vanguard, LotRo, WoW, Darkfall, but I don't WASTE my time looking for any sign that any one of these games will fail. I don't care. Why do you guys care if SWTOR fails or not? What is with this sick fascination of finding anything negative to post about it? Get a grip! |

I would say check my post history but they delete my posts. So I stop fighting the hater trolls and LOSERS (that will get me a warning) and go back to having fun ... or wait in a queue :P |

Starwars001, Most of my friends are moving away from their current MMOs after playing the past few weekends. SWTOR is going to make a shift in the MMO world on who is playing what. It might take some time but eventually SWTOR will be the MMO king. Don't worry about most people around here, they are more machine than human, twisted and evil. |

What is your grouping experience like so far in beta?
General Discussion « Star Wars: The Old Republic 11/18/11 4:09:05 PM
Originally posted by Jimmy562 A single building might have several areas. Those areas might be split among the classes. While grouped, the smuggler can go do his class quest while the trooper does his and they can remain grouped up and then meet back outside of the areas. |

"SWTOR is very light on instancing"

He says: "Talking to an NPC, you usually have three conversation choices, but when it comes time for a moral light side/dark side choice you only get two." You usually get two when it comes to LS/DS. Sometimes you get more. |

I'm in beta ... I have already ended up like him ...
Recently when asked a question, I responded:
Wait! Don't I get 3 choices? |

Poll: Are you part of a SWToR guild already?
General Discussion « Star Wars: The Old Republic 10/20/11 3:36:39 PM
Been in the same guild for over 3 years. Found them in AoC and moving over to SW:TOR with them. They are fun and relaxed with an agenda to have fun. |

Star Wars: The Old Republic: NYCC '11 Q&A Panel Recap
News Discussion « General Discussion 10/18/11 5:13:53 PM
[Mod Edit]
"I thought I heard them say over and over that you can do them mutiple times even once you've reached endgame, you can go back to early FP's and do them on harder levels of difficulty."
I was speaking of doing FPs many times before 50. It seems from the panel one of them wants to make it so you can only run it once until you are level 50. I could be wrong though. |

I don't accept a guild invite without some kind of investigation on the guild. Actually before WoW, I started my own guilds but they were usually small and more about grouping together. When I started playing WoW I started a guild but realized the potential for having a larger guild. So I eventually closed the small guild and started looking for a larger one that was looking to acheive things in game. I actually quit WoW because I was tired of the BS I had to deal with concerning drama and all that crap in guilds. Then a friend told me he joined a fun relaxed guild that still had an agenda to get things done. Drama was not allowed. So after 3 months of no WoW, I returned and ended up staying with that guild until I left WoW. In Age of Conan I started a guild and this time I was going to do like the WoW guild I was in. Relaxed yet engaged. Unfortunately there was a large exodus from the game and my large guild ended up being a small one. I left for Warhammer and then came back to AoC and by luck ran into another guild. This one had the same philosophy of being relaxed but with an agenda. We no longer play AoC as a guild, but we hang out in other games as we wait for SW:TOR. Luckily I and several others in our guild are in beta and we like what we see. |
