In theory though... it would be great. The intrigues... games with might and power... the hunt for blood, the clans and stuff with their abilities and whatnot. I mean, creating an mmorpg about v:tm that does not disappoint... it's about as possible as writing the complete history of egypt onto your fingertip. Or if someone would try to wrap up the contents of all star-trek episodes within 3 words.

I would more likely play an MMO based on VtM rather than VtR. The Original World of Darkness was much more Fun.

My biggest complaint is the loose UI. I couldn't seem to keep any kind of control over the camera, and I couldn't find any way in the options to reduce the sensitivity of the controls. When I'm in the game, it feels like I'm skating on greased teflon =(

My guess is that NPC's will not be affected so will actually hurt Melee characters who are running after their opponents :S

My favorite thing about this MMO is it's unique ability to allow any lvl character to play with any other character(Sidkick/Malefactor system).

 I personally would like it if NPC's had to follow the same endurance rules as players did

Their powers frequently(like 97.44%)do not cost them any endurance. So Heroes and Villains with endurance side effects don't really effect them that much

Most (but not all)black majority nations tend towards one party government. But it can be an effective bargaining tool for black leaders who want a favor for their constituancy. It can also allow blacks to be ignored somewhat(mostly by Republicans)as thier votes are not really in play,only their turnout. The Democrats will try to make high turnout a party objective since they can reasonably assume that once in the voting booth there is a 90+% chance that the black voter will simply vote the Party

so, it seems to me , republicans are labeled racist because they don't pander to a specific race? that logic seems like the democrat party are  the ones that are dividing this nation into sub-grps of race? so, is the democrat party the real racists by keeping this nation divided by race and culture? similar to the class-warfare argument of republicans are only for the rich. divide and conquer is the order of the day?

Now for a second thought.  Are racial preferances racist? Should skin colour instead of "Content of Character" be used when the government is trying to encourage rather than discourage it's citizens?

Should all programs instituted by the government be permanent? What if the number of new programs which are considered permanent continues to increase every single year? What if these programs are duplicated at the state and local level? Is the government the best administrator for these programs?

If so,will the citizens get corruption free service from them ? The federal government is many times the watchdog over private industry,& state and local government. Who will provide oversight over the federal government? (self regulation doesn't seem to work well,republican or democrat)

City of Heroes is unique in it's genre.  World of Warcraft is simply one of the very best in it's.  Having said that,I enjoy playing both of these PtP MMOs!

The simple answer is this. The more of a particular set that you slot within the SAME power,the more of that set's bonuses you will recieve. Set's BTW can be anywhere from 3 to 6 enhs long.

I would like to bring up one feature that CoH/V has over any other MMO(to include the 800# gorilla W.o.W.).

That is the Mentor/Sidekick system. You can quite literally play with any of your friends no matter how fast they leave ya behind Level wise

CoH/V has improved quite a bit and at regular intervals.  Also with Jack Emmert gone,I think you're goin to hear the term"Working as intended" alot less
