 EVE is real too real for some there are bullies and there is risk. I have played the games where pvp is meaningless, no losses no excitement .

My corp (guild) and I spend weeks building a multitude of things in high security space then we ship them to low  security space, sell them, buy materials to build with then rinse and repeat.

The profit is good but the real fun is running the gauntlet  between  Empire (high security) and  0.0  space . Sure it sucks when you lose weeks of work to pirates ( the freighter alone is a major investment) .  But it's the risk that makes it  that  much more sweet when you succeed.

In short, If you wanna feel the blood pounding in your ears and experience real victory and defeat with real rewards and losses. As well as sharing incredible experiences with mates who have been through hell and back with you. Welcome to EvE glad to have a new friend or enemy

But if you wanna whine because you took a risk and lost, please go play something else nobody in Eve is gonna give a tinkers damn. Get up, brush yourself off, take the lessons you've been taught, and get back in the game man.

Call me a fanboi if you want but IMO there is nothing that even compares to EVE

read the dev blogs.  stop making up lies.  lies?  yes, lies.  if what you post is in direct opposition to both what the devs say and what they do -- it's a lie.  especially for all those who are so gogogogogoeve.

the negatives i've said about eve.  the DEVELOPERS OF EVE, WHO WORK AT CCP HAVE SAID IT FIRST AND I AM REPEATING.

and that's great that, as a new player you can have oodles of fun and do all sorts of things.  great.  wonderful.  i'm sure most everyone that's played eve for over a year has probably tried a lot of the things you're doing.  it doesn't make you clever.

and those things, plus the fact whether you're having fun or not, have absolutely NOTHING to do with what devs have stated repeatedly, nor any facts about SPs and catching up in SPs.

but please, keep repeating it, because if i ask for an orange and you keep handing me peanuts... magically they'll turn into an orange.  that makes as much sense as arguing facts with "but, i have fun".  no one said you didn't have fun.  no one said you couldn't have fun.

 

i'm starting to wonder about reading comprehension, it is obviously not up to snuff.

Again If  you want to grind a few billion npc's and become uber find another game. You are never gonna catch the 5 year old players in skillpoints. However you may be able to beat a 5 year old player if you are smart and setup right.

Ditto This isn't the game for everybody, it is realistic nobody is gonna hold your hand. Use your head and you will be fine. But if you wanna pose this isn't your game.

I have seen people claiming it is the most boring game on earth and other people claiming it is complete anarchy . One or the other please, Doesn't sound boring if suicide ganking PvPers are dive bombing every innocent little noob who tries to scratch together a couple isk  And then how do the other ones who claim they ran 4 accounts simutaeously while taking the BAR exam work it out.

Honestly, this game is big enough to find some way to play you enjoy,. But you have to put in the effort to do it yourself. If you aren't happy look at yourself not the game. Nobody tries harder than CCP  to keep it complex and exciting.

That said it is not a game for everybody, if you are expecting to be able to grind a few billion npc's for a couple months and then be UBER go somewhere else plz. I don't want to have to take the security hit for podding your arse for whining in local

That is completely insane. Eve is a massive environment that relies on low security space. If you don't want to fight be carefull and stay in high sec space. There is more in high sec than you can see in years, believe me. But trust me, you are gonna wanna try it  out and mix it up sooner than later and faction warfare has made PvP accessible to even the newest players.

If you want a game you can wrap your brain around not some idiotic grinding garbage give EvE a try.
