tbh, its fair that it is a 24man boss, i dont see any problems in that. Just because someone has killed him, or are trying to, there is still ALOT to  do in a city-siege. *lights a really big candle* ;) who wants to burn the bright wizzard academy down ? :D  i guess you will be see me bashing door opens, knocking stuff around and burn stuff the first few city-sieges, befor you will see me trying to kill the king ;) I really look forward to killing the king, but, smashing stuff is never boring :)

yup.. waste of time if you know just a bit about how it works ... but my guess would be, that they made that post for "newbies" or ppl who started their mmo career in WOW.... ( isnt that the same :P  )  not everyone can be a hardcore mmo player who knows everything ;)

Really hope for some more informations soon.. i still feel i need the cold hard facts. like, how long will the city siege last, befor its being reset (max) ? can you keep it for 1 week/ 1month as long as you are enough ppl? or will it reset at server maintaince? would also like just a bit of informations on the king encounter, like, will it be tank and spank, can enemys run in and attack you while you are trying to spank the king, or is that a dungeon / instance ?

one thing that came across my mind while watching the clip about keeps is, how far away are you actually gonna spawn when you die? If its to close to the keep for those who controls it, it would be rather unfair, since theres also pve guards at the place. same goes with city siege, are they just gonna instant spawn outside, so they can rush right back in and pwn ?

what about a title for most deaths in scenarios 100 times ? :D or something cool, beeing highest dmg in scenarios over 1000 times ? :D

i cant imagine a game without at least some sort of death penalty. instant respawn in scenarios, well, could work out, but i fear that makes ppl run into large groups and just start to chop down enemys, like a headless chicken. then they die, spawn, run back up to the front, repeat. By doing that, you wont be using any strategy, and it will become impossible for healers to do their "job" since they have to do some dmg to be able to heal.  Looking at the PvE part, its ok to spawn in a nearby town, i would even prefere that you dont have to run to your corpse to get your items. a bit durability-loss and i would be happy. its annoying to have to run to the corpse with no armor, getting assulted on the way, and die again. or by doing corpse run, you start with no HP sorrunded by enemys  

tbh if its gonna cost 10£ i wouldnt care, as long as the quality of the game are great, and that they got some good servers for it, so we dont experince crash and lag... i dont mind paying a bit more for quality, stability and reliability.

im not gonna buy a new pc, though i look forward to this game. current i study, so cant affort a new pc... if they demand a mean-machine pc - go screw youself WAR ! :P

darkelf, no doubt ! :D im going to try the blackguard and the disciple, looks like something for me. If i find both dull, i think im going for the sorc, but im not sure. there are so many good looking classes, and its impossible to decide for one before the game is released. But possible tank or healer class, and i love the darkelf lore so much, so there has to be at least one of the classes i could get addicted to :D

i remember reading from a interview somewhere, that all would get a mount rather early compared to most mmorpgs, and that everyone later in the game will get something "cooler" ... so my guess would a that u would get a horse first as Darkelf ;)

Gonna be Dark Elf... i REALLY hate the highelfs, cant wait to spit on em and burn their corpses. BLOOD FOR THE GOD OF MURDER !

Stealth as it is in wow is absurd. and im glad they are not adding that to WAR. but tbh, i wouldnt mind if they made an ability that lasts 10-15 sec that made the player semi-transparent, hiding their name, so that they are harder to see, but still visible. would be great for when a group goes for a flag, so that they dont attract to much attention compared to lets say a blackguard.

mythic really annoyes me with this tbh. the picture has been there for ages, and same with the "small" introduction video. still, over 6 months after there still isnt any descripton of the class, an no real ingame clips. i wonder what mythic is up to, eaither they are changing the class for better/worse or they are just trying to annoy people. perhaps they are planning to reveal the "last" 2 classes / info about them around the same time?   would really like to get a better idea of how the blackguard playes, so i either can decide to loook closer on other tank classes, or if i should decide for some healing ... and get a better look at those

this kind of poll has been here way to many times allready!! :)  and think im gonna be destruction tank ( think it will be blackguard, depending on how they play) or Black Orc.  if one of these (or both) aint fun tank classes, ill roll disciple of Kain, or a Zealot ( healer, primary) since i like the idea of a healer class that can cover their own back :D

im so sick and tired of posts like these... why cant people try to be positive for a change, all i read is "blah blah blah hate blah blah blah copy blah blah" cmon, its not a wow-clone, and if YOU think it is, please do some serious reaserch,... and no, it dosnt look like wow graphic ! then wow graphic is stolen as well... ^^ please people, try to stay a bit positiv, and keep you hate for yourself, it makes me sad to see how many haters there is out there. Everyone should just wait for the release, try it out, and then leave it or stick to it.

We got enough hate / fear in the world, do you want to contribute to it ?

I WILL be playing this game, because of all these posts... i know for sure that it dosnt appeal to the wow kids (they are SO annoying) and AOC just looks lame tbh... "look, i can decapitate" .. thats more something for the wow kiddies :)

Amazing how long this post has gotten :I

fact is, that alot of ppl playes WOW, and most of them wont leave it, because its the first MMO they have played, and used alot of time to learn. Many of them dont even use boards like this, and therefor dont hear about other MMO´s.

Im one of many ppl who is looking forward to WAR, and i hope it will become a succes. But tbh. i dont want all the WOW people to come to it, for several reasons. to mention 1, there is alot of kids playing wow, and most of them have slight / no experience what so ever in other mmo. They will complaine about "omg its a wow clone!" oh and then is the ironbreaker just like the warrior in wow...

I for 1 dont hope there will be an exodus from WOW !
