The game is free to play. i have no issues with the cash shop. As long as you cant buy a +10 mace of "i win the game" then it really isnt an issue for me

heres an idea. if you dont like the cash shop....... then dont use it!! just a thought.

very surprised that beta has already started. was expecting this to drag on longer. i wonder if blizzard are trying to rush this out to compete with GW2?

So if thats dying, almost free 2 play, or hurting game i dont know what a succesful game is. 

if xfire is anything to go by, swtor has around 25% of the playing hours thta it had in the 1st month. so either BW are lying, or there are a LOT of people still paying a sub but barely playing the game.

And yes i know everyone says that xfire is not an accurate way to monitor game activity buy i disagree.  I appreciate not everyone uses xfire but it gives you an idea of game time from a section of gamers. as of yesterday there were mor preople playing battlefield 3 and mincraft than swtor

Waiting for this game to go F2P before i return. Not brecause i dont want to pay for it. i have no issues with a sub and i did play this game in the earlydays.

no, i want F2P so the game population will explode. That is when it will be an exciting time to return.
