Yep, loved The Chronicles of Spellborn! It was a great game and I have only ever liked 2 MMO's, AO and WOW :)

I always play a female character in single player games just to be a perv :) In MMo's noo waayy... too much attention from RL male players for my taste /vomit

lame... why would these races not be included in the full version people just paid for??. What a rip off. 49.00 US is no small fee. The game is nothing more than a "cash extraction software". Greed, not gameplay is the major design theme.

I really liked the game and I'm looking forward to playing it again :) I loved the immersion it had.

I actually like how the quests cause to you be actively engaged in them :) Actually having to read the quests and then having to find the place on your map based on what the instructions tell you, without markers or way points, causes you to become immersed into the storyline of the game. Which is awesome:) The quests don’t seem at all like a grind and are pretty fun imo.

I think if you take the play attitude of many other mmo's, where you just mindlessly skip over the quests, don’t read them and are just interested in getting to the next level/ability/etc, you will definitely hate this game.

Why would you waste your time doing all that Sh*t. All the time you’ve wasted pretending and trying to con people, you could have been using to um, ya know actually have fun, enjoy yourself, and make friends?

LOL, your actions and deceit can only cause YOU to suffer, as well as the other parties involved, don’t fool yourself, you feel like shit inside. There is no way around it, its universal law that you 'get back' what you 'put out' into the world. How is this a good thing?

For items lol, greed is about right at the bottom of the consciousness level for a human being, bordering on almost animal behavior. This is not to say that being at this level is bad, we are all at different levels. The thing about greed is tho, it will make you feel like sh*t and is miles away from anything even resembling happiness.

Maybe you like to suffer and feel like sh*t, instead of being happy tho.

I love Sci-fi games. For me nothing has compared to the Pre-Shadowlands days in Anarchy Online.

Well ive only been playing the game for 3 days. Up until yesterday I absolutely loved the game and thought it was actually going to replace wow.

Then I discovered that the game is instanced and not a persistent real world. This is the game breaker for me. How can friends and communities be built when the chance of seeing the same person twice is next to nil? This has destroyed the game for me. Its a shame because imo AOC could have actually been a really good game if it had a persistent world. Im just fine with lag and having competition for kills as long as we are all in the same world.

This game is not a Massively multiplayer game, its just a Multiplayer game. I think Funcom (maker of AO!) has really missed the point of this MMO.

I will be cancelling.
