Just curious...how long did you actually spend in game before coming to this conclusion? I went back through the posts to see if it was mentioned.

Maybe the OP should take up kniting socks and hats. Then put up a booth at the local flea market. You can craft and socialize until your hearts content. The difficulty level of this real world experience would rival any game. If a customer get's out of hand, kick his ass right in the aisle. I bet that would make for some interesting combat.

I enjoyed it for a month. $50 well spent. A continued subscription is another matter altogether. I'll go back to FPS's for my player kill fun.

After spending a few hours in that cesspool of a forum, I want nothing to do with this game! I attribute the disgust to that community. 

I just returned after more than a year off. I was surprised to see the starter areas populated. On Brandywine, I've seen high levels jump on alts just to help out starting noobs such as myself. I've had no problems getting groups, questions are answered immediately by all the helpful types and friendly chat is ongoing day and night. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I won't even comment on the WoW thing...pahlease!

Best communtiy I've had the pleasure of playing with. Brandywine was always friendly though...even back in the day.

I got MoM a week ago after not playing for more than year. I was totally stunned to see the starter zones on Brandywine, full of people. I haven't had much of a problem doing any of the group quests. I really expected these areas to be empty and they are not. Granted, they aren't jam packed but busy enough that you can get help. I've even had high level players jump on alts to help out. It always was a great server!

Yes...this is how it looks! And it looks pretty good as it stands now in beta. Who knows what the future holds for a game that hasn't even launched yet. So whether it's true or not, it by no means is a crappy looking game in it's current state.

I couldn't imagine not checking debit and credit statements. Catching the local gas station for swiping the card three times saved me $100 one time, for example. He said  the swipe didn't take and did it again and then a third time. Came home later that day, checked the statements online and found each swipe was charged on my account. Called the bank the next morning and that shit was handled pronto. Had I not took the time, disputed it or whatver, I would have been out $100 from the get go and would have had to fight it out to get that money back. Shit like this happens all the time. You have to be on that like stink on dookie!
