I've been asking the same question. I've had the book on pre-order since the newsletter was sent out and I called my comic shop on Sunday. He said it wasn't in the works for this week and he didn't see it on the distro list for next week either.

As far as the keys go, I was under the same impression but I think it's a lottery system. My best guess is you enter the code and then after the deadline they will randomly pick 20% of the codes to enter beta.

Well I know there won't be any Female Chosen, and I think I also remember reading somewhere there won't be female Dwarfs. I could be wrong though.

Well I haven't level a toon since before BC came out, but I remember the grind from 40-60 on the Horde side seem to take forever. Tons of trips to Tanaris and Feralas. Maybe it's changed a bit but from what I hear 2.3 will make the trip from 1-58 even quicker.

Yeah they said Lich king should be around Q3 next year, but if you were planning on getting into WoW I would wait until Patch 2.3 drops. XP changes for levels 1-60 so the grind is less tedious ( and trust me when I say that grind can get reallllly tedious).

I like WoW, I played it... I was in the beta test. And I tried it afterward as trial. However until they make somekind of bundle, there's no way I'd join up lol.

Actually...I was over at Gamestop yesterday and lo' and behold I saw the World of Warcraft Battle Chest. Regular edition WoW and BC for 39.99. So...you got your bundle.

During the dev chat one of the questions asked was "Is there going to be a multiplayer?". The #Warhammer room has quite a laugh. I think that's where the joke's coming from.

I can say I've been stuck in a wall before. In WoW  during a Warsong Gulch game I got feared and stuck where the spears are in the Horde Flag base. I tried logging off and on, I didn't try the auto-unstuck because it hearths you. I basically started /begging and /crying until an enemy came up and took me out. So...getting stuck does happen, I paged a GM but I realized in a game that size expecting a quick response time was ludicrous so I tried to figure out other ways to get around it.

However, I've been on the other side. I work customer support for a large company and did a short stint doing GM work for an MMO before. The only gripe I had was that people expected GM's to be literal gods, able to completely change anything. Unfortunately that's not the case, they're bound by the rules and guidelines that are laid down by their corporate overlords. I always wish instead of people complaining about customer service, just realize that on the other side of that computer is another human being who probably plays the game as well and more than likely has been in the same situation. It's not that they don't want to help, sometimes they just can't.

If anyone has a buddy key can I get one? I've been wanting to play this but not sure if it's enough to rip me from GW. Thanks :)
