#1 first off I loved the product in beta I even put my hard earned money down . I bought the medium and small package to get two free tanks !.

Now with the 6.4 patch it seems I get alot of battles with four tiers in them . Its fine if your tier 8-9 but I didnt grind one faction instead I opted to play all the tanks of each faction . (In hindsight a mistake as its the higher tier tanks vs there targets)

This is a game where they track your progress wins and looses yet if you are say tier 5 or six you can face this tier nine IS 4's that there is no way you can harm outside of loading high explosive (which btw will only damage a tank a small ammount while in return you can be killed by one or two at the most shots

This is my experiance on the north american server today I played for two hours and won one game (and I didnt even effect that game much as its was controlled by the higher tiers)

Ive paid three months worth of premium time on a gold tank called the Lowe and it does let me be competitive in matchs , but I would like to advance the tanks thats lead to better tanks .

The fact is in the beta they had  a regular forum just like any MMO

Now they dont

And outside of NCsoft I dont know of a MMO that doesnt let there players comunicate , And talk about there game experiances both positive or negitive

Which IMO (and just IMO mind you ) puts NCsoft below even the callus gaint SOE for customer apathy . Even during the beta they handled bug reports in a strange manner esp for a beta when a company WANTS bug reports , The more bugs you filed trying to help NCsoft out the more useless form letters you got flooding your mailbox crazy way to run a beta  

But you had the forums and contact with the Dev's which I believe helped way more than there bug reporting system

Now if they do give you links to fansites all that does is dilute the sample of players you can comunicate with , Also being fansites the large sample of fans will be postive and most likey "fan boi" attack any frustration felt by the player toward the game , Where as in a officail forum you would also get players who might be experiancing the same frustration you are , And get a dev responce and perhaps effect a change or at the very least let them know how the players feel about it 

NCsoft just gives me the impression "This is the game play it , quit , or move on . No discussion allowed " 

BTW Im not here to detract from your experiance, In fact  Im glad it was good , however I am here to let others know in general how I felt about NCsofts product and how they support it .

That or its not easy to find

taking down the forums only means you dont want to player to comunicate with each other IMO

Never played Wow (very civil and courtious shot though) and i dont really know how you got stuff fixed in one day  but then its your lie , tell it the way you want too  as its never happened yet for me in Tabula and as Ive said Ive played this game since beta

As for why i dont team up well its simple the game doesnt require it . and Im sure 4 or 5 people would waste less time when the instance is over and doesnt work

Look if your just being a fan boi fine , If I didnt like the game I wouldnt have spent the money on it after beta , I just dont like the broken content as it tends to watse your time

And Ill certainly go back to Eve -online at least i know if somethings broke someone will get back to me perhaps even in that playsession

I just cancelled my account to Tabula Rasa NC soft is a joke for customer support of any kind .

And let me just say I was a beta tester and there is content in there now that wasnt broke in beta that is broken now , It really sucks to spend 3 to 4 hours soloing some instance to find either the fuel lakes wont light or the mission to kill 20 infaltraitors only has spawned 17 because maybe they had to reduce the number of inflatraitors since the beta for some odd reason and now if you want some odd peice of stealth armour you have to do the atta colony AGAIN

The if you petition you get some form letter in your email NCsoft wants a different password or something as it wont accept your game password or account password then the ticfket gets automaticly canceled

Listen I hated what happened in SWG I was there since the beginning but compared to SOE or Eve - Online the NC -soft service is the single worst Ive ever experianced in other words its non existant

There isnt a forum ? bah that just scraches the surface there is no help for a player in a busted mission some missions (like this fuel lake work sometimes other times not work

All games are to a extent a waste of your time but the failed missions in tabula and the lack of any petition responce at all except a automated  form letter to your e-mail makes tabula a frustrating experiance and when you waste 2 to 3 hours and find a mission is broke at the very end ...........well once is fine but by the third time its time to say addios 50 bucks this game isnt worth my time right now 

Its in a more broken state now than in the beta test some things dont work they know it thay just dont fix it or even warn the player
