It would be a shame if this didnt get an update of visual appearance. CoH is the one game I go back to time and time again.

I am wondering if the new Rogue expansion will also see the introduction of newer graphics for the game. I am thinking about moving back to it and would be more interested if there was some improvements on the way.

Great game, but it is getting towards being old.

I have only tried out a few characters and done the first quest or two. I love it! I think the graphics are great and most importantly the combat feels really good.

I wiped all my characters and still cannot change. In fact, I got this message even before I made my first one there BUT the time before that that I logged in I had the choice.

edit: I am now getting that message even on servers I havent made a single character on. It looks like my choice for one server is affecting all of the [West] servers. I have a look at the [East] ones and then hit back before making the faction choice but it logged me in as Elyos again so I still haven't been able to see the Asmodian characters. And, I need the one Nezekan server to let me as that is the one that will be for Oceanic players so I cannot really pick another one.

Any help folks?

Well it looks like im just about the only person worrying about upgrade or serial. You think therefore that the Serial will sort itself out?

And, just another litte question: I have the pre-order accoutn but never logged in during Beta or headstart. I still will be able to get the bonus items though?

Yes I have had a PlayNC account ever since the release of City of Villains :) And, I have a pre-orede already so in theory could have joined ther headstart but was worried about this account thing and didn't want to even install the game unitl I knew what i was doing.

In the past with CoV and adding stuff I have done it with "upgrade account" which is why I thought that would be the way to do it with Aion. But, until you replied I had found no-one at all that said upgrade was the way to go and even the quick-start guide says "Add Serial Code".

Also, when is launch? And, how is the headstart? I am reluctant to try headstart in case it wants me to upgrade account and im not sure how.

I have registered a Pre-Order code and currently have an Aion account labeled "Pre-Order". I just got the Collector's Edition full game and want to activate it. Now, do I just use "add serial code" and trust the account to be linked to my pre-order? Or, do I go to the pre-order account and pick upgrade?

OK, i know nothing about netcode but had a look on Google but still don't entirely understand how it works. And, you said for games that do or don't use it?

Please... basically what is it and does Aion use it? Is it a newer thing? Is it in use with WoW (just for comparison for me as I am familiar with how lag worked there.)

Had a bit of a look around at what is being said about the Oceanic server but my question is: is this any better for an Australian lag-wise? Is the server actually going to be hosted in a location that is better for us? Or, is it just a US server with a different clock?

And if the wings and stuff are good also once per characer this is the way to go.
