It was just 7 days trial account.
And the trial has passed.

How could anyone use it, even if it was hacked ?

What I guess that they have some kind bot , banning accounts. But its faulty , would not surprise me that thousands got random suspensions.

This.

I was banned a couple of days ago for no god-damned reason at all. It took me over 4 ticket responses to get them to reveal what I was suspended for. (It originally said: Violation: WildStar Account Notification: Suspended. Apparently it was revealed to me what it was because of suspected 'Third-Party Violation') My account was active, paid for an additional month, had saved and grinded up two CREDD's as well. I founded a very successful Mining circle on our server, ran a few arena games and got banned the following day. (14th July)

To anyone who claims "don't hack". I'm a MMO veteran for far over a decade and WildStar has been my favorite MMO for a very, very long time. I would never no something as stupid.

The problem is, as an innocent, you can't do anything. You can't talk to anyone, you can't get them to manually investigate your case instead of just letting their detection bot handle it and never even care to double-check. In my case, if they actually look through the logs or whatever their system is, they'll find out that their detection system is flawed. Extremely so.

How come I see literally chunks and trains of bots teleporting around collecting resources, AFK-bots in BGs, weeks after week. And legit customers like myself who completely loves and cherish the game with already many hours played, get punished for no god-damned reason at all.

I repeat, their detection system is extremely flawed and their CS doesn't seem to realize/care nor do they obviously believe you. If only one of them would get off their high horse and just manually investigate the issues they would reveal the truth of the matter. Bloody amateurs, my god.

Hello!

I'm currently in the same boat. My account was randomly suspended a couple of days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply from Carbine's CS crew.

"Account: <snip>

Action: Suspended

Violation: WildStar Account Notification: Suspended"

They didn't even give me a clear reason, I'm still trying to figure out why my account was suspended.

I've had 2-Way Veri. since day one.

My Twitter conversation with WildStar:

https://twitter.com/ItsLorgarn/status/488609362446135296

My plea for help via WildStar Subreddit:

http://redd.it/2ay9kg

To anyone claiming "stop hacking". WildStar is the best MMO for me personally in MANY years, I would never do something as stupid. Even in a game I didn't like. I'm a MMO veteran for far over a decade and I could proudly say that before this moment I have never been banned.

There is a first time for everything I guess. Now for the first time I know how helpless you feel when you've been punished without knowing why or what you did in the first place. There is literally nothing you can do, no one you can talk to. And everyone thinks your a "hacker", ugh, I even shrug at the notion.

EVE cinematics, world class.

The thing with ArcheAge is that the depth, the excitement and what makes this game differ so much from other MMO's seems to be hidden away. If a random person pops into a stream, he isn't going to be very excited about the game unless the streamer does something crazy.

What I'm trying to say is that Trion needs to market this game like never before if they want the hype to even come marginally close to the hype of WildStar or WoD. ArcheAge on the surface doesn't look very particular at all; it basically looks like a beautiful korean mmo, of which we've seen a few of these last few years. However, once a person decides to look past the somewhat "standard" and typical shell, they soon realize the depth and potential this game has.

I've been interested in AA since Jake Song announced it back in 2008/2009. I remember this vividly because this was the time I was part of the Tera FGT (focus group test) back in late 2009. With Tera being an upcoming korean mmo at the time I was very "involved" in the korean mmo community. AA was more of a dream more than anything at the time, and I completely forgot about it together with Tera which died for me during the CBTs.

Here we are 4 years later and AA is suddenly a thing for us westerners. It more of less popped up out of nowhere with barely any pre-hype at all. Now Trion made a good move with inviting most of the popular streamers, but they need to do so much more in my humble opinion. I hope they have great things planned in terms of marketing because this game has potential to be quite popular.

I played the beta, the first day I thought this is nice.

second day I thought its ok but I will not buy this.

then I heard it was free totally and I thought its ok for people that want free games maybe micro transactions.

but now people actually paying 150$ for a free game its mad.

just like I will not pay to play everquest landmark.

with 150$ I bought ESO and subscribed for 2 moths and bought dark souls 2 mush better bang for your buck,at least these are real games not free eastern crap.

You seem to be ok with microtransactions... but paying for a free game is mad! - You're sort of contradicting yourself in a way.

What is the difference with buying, say, 12k credits through microtransactions or founders pack? What is the difference of buying 3 months worth of subscription to a game via microtransactions rather than a founders pack?

None, except one thing: With the founders pack you're investing in the game prior to its release instead of buying it at release or shortly thereafter.

I'm not buying any of these founders packs because I can't afford it, but seeing you proclaim that "its mad" makes me facepalm.

What i do find disturbing is that twitch streamers are being payed an hourly to stream the game and declare how 'awesome' it is while not informing there fans they have a financial interest in doing so.

I'm on the fence whether or not 150$ is worth it, I know too little about the game to actually make that assessment. I can however claim that 150$ is too much for me personally, mostly because I'm unemployed at the moment.

However, the level of stupidity behind that statement is just hilarious. Are you seriously proclaiming that streamers are being PAYED on an hourly basis to stream their game? That is rediculous. They are and have been given Alpha codes as part of Trion's marketing campaign, yes. They are not being payed directly by Trion, believe me.

Now, the most popular streamers make a ton of money, yes, but that is not coming from Trion. That's coming from either their fans or from Twitch directly as part of their partnership program.

Let me just say this; it was worth the wait.

That looks frikkin' amazing, can't wait for them to get it polished, stable and balanced.

I'm hoping for a true Hardcore Survival Triple-A Zombie game. For a genre that's so popular we sure haven't seen much besides mediocre ripoffs, mods & random indie titles. Someone needs to take this genre to the next level with a quality product; do so and I promise you your investors wallets will once again be fattened.

(I'm not saying that indie titles can't be quality products, often they are. They are often quite small in scale and very niche... as if Zombie games couldn't be more niche.)

As a longtime EVE player, let me just say this: EVE wouldn't be EVE without scamming, griefing, extortion, ganking, stealing, etc. I wouldn't trade it away for anything, it's what makes EVE the best experience in the MMO/Sandbox genre there is.

However, this is taking things outside of the game and on to a personal level. This is complete abuse, this is a truly disgusting behavior and should definitely be punished by CCP. Keep it inside the game, keep it in the universe. I'm glad he got banned, not for him making a gazillion of isk through scamming; but for him going out of his way to abuse and harass people on this level.

Zenimax seems to keep making one interesting decision after another. They're on a streak by now. :)

I for one won't recommend ESO to anyone of my friends, not until they get a proper EU server anyhow.

the questing system and the flawed path system are disappointing enough to me to skip the game entirely.

I have not got far enough to fully make a judgement call on them so far, only lvl 10 and path is solider which I find fun since I am a warrior and destroy things.

Well the Questing gets boring/sucks at around level 18-19.

But they capped us at 17....

Personal opinions.

For me, I found the questing to be just as enjoyable all throughout the game. At +30 some of the kill-quests started to get a bit grindy, but nothing too over the top. We've seen a lot worse that's for sure, most of these quests have challanges tied together with them so the grinding is often cleverly disguised.

All in all, the questing in Wildstar is good. Not great, not awful, just good. Together with the overall leveling experience, which is definitely better than your avarage MMO.

Requirement 3 and 4 brings a tear into my eyes.

This multifaction, multiguild bullshit is still driving me nuts in ESO. Good on you for sticking it to the man and trying to apply your own rules and going with what you believe is right.

I'm not interesting in applying, I just thought I had to mention my approval of your directions.

Personally I don't understand why it's cool to have to stop during each attack.

This stop and go combat is so meh

If you want that you can simply play Tera for free. It's another reason why I have no doubt WildStar will go f2p before long.

The combat and the sub which can be bought for ingame money is exactly what Tera did and no one is even talking about Tera anymore nowadays.

To me nothing beats a ranked tournament 5 vs 5 on gw2 when it's about pvp.

Stop during each attack; I don't think you've played the game yet, am I making a correct assumption? Depending on the class you're playing, combat can be pretty mobile and you're in no way forced to stop between every attack. Some attacks, mostly the "big hitters" require you to stand still and focus for a while. However, every class has a wide array of abilities and spells castable during movement.

The game is a lot more fluid and dynamic than you think, it can be a bit zergy from time to time but overall the combat is pretty good in my opinion. I was part of the Focus Group Test for TERA back in 2009, so I've had my fair share of that game and let me tell you - WildStar and TERA has not much in common besides the somewhat similar combat. TERA had the combat going for it but it lacked in pretty much every other area.

WildStar obviously has the more interesting and fluid combat going for it, but it also brings a ton of other interesting things to the table. For instance, never have I personally had so much fun just doing Quests in a MMO before. I thought the novelty would wear off after a couple of days but here I am, weeks later still having as much fun as I did the first week. These small little things, things that on paper doesn't sound interesting all, together they make up for a pretty good experience IMO.

Now, the game is obviously not for everyone and that is completely fine. Fortunately we have ESO to check out in a couple of weeks. :)

I remember back when I used to watch South Park as a young teenager. Ah, the memories of being a kid - Kind of nostalgic. :)

Looks like a fun game if you're a SP-fan. Good on them.

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope you get this issue solved soon enough.

However, the trick is to not get banned in the first place. Whether or not it was a legit ban, you rarely get on a developers radar for no reason. Seeing as this has happened to you twice, you might want to re-think your approach to games.

Be careful.

"Devalues the accomplishment of leveling." Give-me-a-break, that's a complete load of bull.

There hasn't been any "value" or "accomplishment" associated with leveling in WoW since more than half a decade ago. Everyone and their mother has a high-level character in WoW these days. Stop being so offended, for a game that's supposedly "dying" and a game that "none of us" here cares about anymore there sure are a lot of offended people acting up.

WoW is a 10 year old game - If people want to buy a boost to level 90, let them, so they can be a part of the group that consists of millions of high-level characters at this point.

"Devalues"... - I cringe and laugh at the same time. Hilarious stuff.

Generally speaking I'm definitely against such features to be sold in a cash-shop.

However, when its in a game that is 10 years old... Sure, go right ahead - When a game is so old I think it's OK for them do allow such a thing.

The game is 10 years old. Everyone and their mother has a fully leveled character, there is no "win"-scenario to be had. If you want to level your character without using a feature as this, feel free to do so. If someone else uses this to buy himself a lvl90 character, who in their right mind gives a f***k either way?

So, after 66 pages has anyone actually given a key?

A couple of pages back someone posted a key, as you can imagine it was snatched up pretty quickly.

The ratio of people who wants keys versus people who has spare keys... it's not good, I'll leave it at that.

I would love for a chance to try this new interesting MMO out for real. I get the feeling that just watching videos and streams doesn't do the game justice.

If anyone is interested, I might be able to return the favor in a couple of weeks when the Everquest Next Landmark goes into Beta. As a Trailblazer I have access to 4 CBT codes to give away. It's not a trade as I can't give you the code right now, all I can give you is my word once it's available to me. :)

Thank you for your consideration,

Duly noted.

And yes, I couldn't agree more. Never before has it been this difficult to get into the beta, I'm quite intrigued by this to be quite honest.

However, one might consider it being a blessing in disguise. The less time you spend in Beta is more time spent in game at/after launch. (Probably)
