So I was looking into to some new mmo's and I've been really wanting to try WoW. I installed the 10 day trial (which took like 8 hours) and then finally began to play (after the hours of patches). I logged on and waited through the cinema, and once I got to the actual movement, it wouldn't let me move, and others weren't moving either. I reconnected, and then I started moving, but no one else was. The wolves were named unknown, and I couldn't talk to NPCs. So then I r/c one more time, and the people finally started moving. I got to accept the first quest, and killed about 3 wolves until I could use my weapon anymore and the wolves stopped moving. There is nothing wrong with my internet, I am directly connected, and Guild Wars, Silkroad and w/e else runs on it fine. Is this a problem for anyone else? |

I shouldn't have stated I can't AFFORD 15$ a month, its just do I wanna pay that much? I downloaded the free trial (Which took about 8 hours) and then started playing it. It looked ok at first but I kept getting d/c. Prolly cause I'm running on a wireless modem. Point being do I really wanna pay 15 bucks a month for a game?
No I don't live in africa, and sadly I am not 26, but 15. I'm sorry that I am just getting into real MMO's unlike your self whos probably been playing for a good 5 years. All I am really asking is if this game is worth my attention and money, thank you and please stop flaming. -_- |

Well I tried redownloading it a few months ago, but it wouldn't let me log in because it said I needed Nightfall. I guess I'll try to redownload it and see what happens. |

I have decided to move on and find a new mmorpg, but I can't really decide just yet. I've been thinking about trying WoW, but I'm not to happy about the monthly fee. I don't think 15 bucks a month is really worth playing it, but I haven't really tried it yet. I think I might try Guild Wars do to the fact that there is no monthly fee, but I really don't want to have to buy the expansions. WAR looks pretty sweet, and if theres no monthly fee, thats probably what I'll be playing. But anyways, I need your guy's advice. Is it worth 15 bucks a month to play WoW? |

I bought Guild Wars awhile back but I didn't get into it cause I was to young to kind of understand. Now I'm thinking about installing it again but the last time I did that it said I needed to install Nightfall to play. Do you need that or no? |

Yes, I know from the screenshots this game looks bad, but to say the least, it is actually really fun. The community is great, and the gameplay is awesome. Things that set Graalonline apart from other mmorpgs is that there are mulitple servers that have different themes on them then the ones shown in the screenshot (which is rather outdated really). For some reason Graalonline only advertises one server, and it's not even the best one. This review of the game is wrong to, The actual price to play is 28 $, then after that its a lifetime unless you play gold servers, which there are only two. If you pay the 28 $, you get lifetime access to about 6 or 7 different servers each with a new world that is differently themed and player run, like theres a roleplaying server called Valikorlia, or a Fantasy adventure server called Zodiac, and a modern gun gang server called Era. Then four other servers that are classic graal, which is has like sparring and pking, events, and way more. Plus, players can make their own servers. So apart from just the main servers, there are also over 50 other servers that are playerrun. This is very unique because now a player can get a job on the server making levels, graphics, NPCs, hosting events, GP (Graal Police), or an FAQ which answers questions. Not to mention if you want to really get hardcore, buy your own server and run it. You can use graal's basic tileset, or create your own. I do admit, the price is a little bad, but there is a free trial that you can use to try it out, and see for yourself how great it is. You can even make your own guilds if you want. So try it out, its the least you could do. |
