And World of Warcraft wins! haha. Never really gave it a try since I was playing solo, but me and my girlfriend are playing WoW now. And we use multiple characters. (Got a laptop.) |

Let's make a list with all MMO's that dont have WoW/EQ like combat!

haha sadly that's not even close to half my hours on that game. We all know what it's like when you play an MMO for a long period of time, even when it sucks, you still play, or come back to it to check shit out. I quit for about a year and came back, started playing again. Apparently they're going to make it free with the next version, but we'll see. I have a lifetime classic account so I can play the servers I want without paying anything. But basically I've always loved the game for the player created content. All servers are run by players, from scripting to events, from policing to manager. You can basically pick what you would like to become on any given server, how you would like to make your money, pk, guilds. It's a great concept, and the original tilesets and what not are based off Zelda. It used to be called Zelda Online until copyright infringements. Either way, I think it's worth a shot, although it's not as appealing atm to new players, hopefully when it's free it will be. You can make a trial account, but to access little things like character customization and join kingdoms/nations/gangs (depending on the server you play) you'd have to pay. |

Not Graal Kingdoms. Graal Kingdoms is a server in Graal Online. This always bothers me when I see it lol. |

Thank you, yeah I was looking into WoW and LOTRO to give as a try for this, but I'll look into Eden Eternal. :) |

So I am not sure if anybody has had a similiar situation, but recently out of boredom me and my girlfriend began playing games like Rollercoaster Tycoon, Empire Earth, and recently the Sims to kill time. Well now it's become more then just filler, we actually devote a lot of time to video gaming haha. The only problem I bear is that we only have one computer. Now, aside from that, we recently endeavoured into the Sims Medieval out of curiousity. Oddly enough, my girlfriend loves the game, and now I've been talking about getting into MMO's. She seems to be ok with the idea, and so what I'm asking is does anyone have any suggestions as to what may possibly be a good MMO two players can enjoy on one computer? hahah. I'm not exactly sure what will peek her interest in this gaming market, but from my past of MMO's I've only played Graalonline (still playing) and Guild Wars for more then a couple of weeks. I almost had a run with Warhammer but I didn't have the time to devote to it. Time consumption and money are not a problem anymore, so you don't have to limit it to free games. I feel like a good mixture of all elements would be good, but hell that's just what anyone would say. My concern would be to have a population, decent PvP, guild activity, and sort of a sandbox feel (but does not have to be.) Thoughts? Questions? Suggestions? Please feel free to give me some ideas, although I will most likely be going through and trying out a lot of games. :P |

The "bang for your buck" ratio is way off. Basically the owners put no work into the actually game, the players. Owners simply keep the servers running. They make their money off the iPhone version now, and so they focus their time and effort on that. I have recently heard however that with V6 they plan on making all servers F2P again with the acception of cash shops. With the type of gameplay allotted this will have no effect on it at all. I hope it draws players back to this game, as it does get better everyday. |

Haha yay they revamped the site, not for the better in my opinion. Just go to the Become a member tab. It's very simple and you should be able to find the client download on there, which downloads rather easily. |

Download and give this game a try. www.graalonline.com Doesn't look like much, but honestly it is the best thing for what you are describing, and there are about 7 different types of servers with it's own theme. |

So recently I decided to try and give this game a chance by downloading the free trial, and when I tried to log in, the Station Launcher said all servers were down. When I got into the game, I could create a character, but the two servers appearing said they where locked. Does anyone have any idea on when they will be back up? And does this happen often? |

Ahh well an answer to my question. Thank you very much. |

As to your statement about never buying a mmo without trying it first, let me be the first to say you're simply a pretentious ass who thinks his opinion matters when it has no bearing on anything with the matter at hand.

And are they good? That's one genre I'd actually like to see some development in. |

Ohh well. |

Or any plans for there to be one? It looks like a great game, but nothing I'd drop 50$ for without trying out atleast. |

And one other question, how's the PVP and guild involvement? It'd be great if someone could just give me a few details. |

I recently bought the box game at a Best Buy in my area, and have been using the trial since I got it. Quick question, did anyone else get home with the game only to find their product key missing? And did Turbine help out on this or did you have to take it back to the store? Currently I've been playing on Brandywine as a Dwarven Minstrel. It's ok so far, nothing to spectacular, however the story feels like it's going to be very well touched up. What can I expect if I resub and keep playing this? |
