Another is running simpleconfig.exe in the conan directory and checking the files to see if any are corrupt.

I bought the small book which is just samples at the Howard house last summer. It has a few Conan style poems in it that are pretty good. Highly recommend if you enjoy poetry.

As of about 11PM CST I was able to log in no problems at all. Hope you got in. Maybe it was just a quick server reset.

Just wanted to chime in and say gogamer rocks. Cheaper prices compared to other sites and if you get dirt cheap shipping it is even less and still arrives in a quick amount of time.

And their service is awesome. They use to have forums but I guess took them down. They refunded my shipping when NWN2 collectors edition got mixed up in shipping it to me.

I don't know how any gamer out there doesn't know of gogamer.

I envy your free time because I've got way better things to do than load up a game I dislike and know I will dislike. I mean you loaded up the game, did all that download to patch to spend 20 minutes in game. Seriously I envy your free time.

I don't get this they should add more voice acting to the game. I guess some possible reasons is most people don't make alts? I don't know. I don't mind the voice acting, but if I'm running an alt through the same quests later I'm skipping all of it and clicking as fast as I can since I know the story.

This has me worried about the new star wars game being all voiced. Just my opinion.

Do you make a lot of alts Bagguns?

50+ You can go to Ymir's Pass. Bunch of quests in there which can get you to 60 to do Amphitheater there. Your first time there will blow you away. That's a pretty fun dungeon.

But to answer your question, yes there is plenty of quests now that you don't have to grind Villas anymore to level. Since you want to try a pvp server I can't answer that question since I play on a PvE server. Hopefully someone will chime in that plays on a pvp server.

A deal is a deal. If you're worried about it being a wasteland then grab the free trial to either game and see if it is well enough populated in your opinion.

I'm probably not much help. I just checked to see if I could log in and it let me. I'm on the year plan so I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

I did have that happen to me only once though a few months ago. It didn't kick me out but when I tried to log back in after taking a break my account was frozen. Like you listed it said failed payment, but it was suppose to charge my CC.

Only advice I can offer is check the official forums to see if there are similar posts by paid subscribers. I don't think you can post on the forums for this free comeback can you?

You running in DX10? Might try changing it to 9 just for trial and error.

I think Avery knows a link to a program that bypasses all the movie files but has some config options you can set for the game. Maybe he'll post the link. I forget what it is called.

Damn I lost the bet. Thought for sure Blackwell would chime in before Fin and the new Litagator alt. Oh well.
