Also the original poster troll. They will most likely refund us for today as it has been down all day. Blizzard does this when there servers are down like this and will add days to the account to compensate for the inconvenience so they do not just steal a day normally we do get it back. Also with such a huge xpac tomorrow night the servers have to be ready and stable.

One thing back then when it came out that turned me off was the grouping and i had to group to get any decent XP. Where as I am more of a quest/grind type person and I like to do alot on my own. I would sit around 45 mins or more getitng a group with the right make up just to go out and grind XP. Has any of this changed?

I agree witht he above poster I haven't been playing much though and I am not sure why. I haven't felt in the mood to level a character lately but the game will be there when I get ready I think WOW kinda sucked some life out of me I played the beta and had a blast. One hard thing is leaving my friends because I love playing with others and I started WOW with someone years ago and just stayed and the games I have been into since I have had a good time with.

One big thing hurting you I see is only having 1GB of ram. I would upgrade to 2 and see if that helps.  If not you could uninstalls that card and reinstall with the new drivers and such and see how it works.

Closed beta here to. I haven't played in over 2 weeks or more. Not because it wasn't good but because I was getting hooked and didn't see my chars wiped lol. So I layed off myself till OB and Headstart come out. I haven't had this much fun in an MMO in a long time. They were right when they said you will not be saying hmmm what can I do now it will be "WOW theres so much to do where do I start?".

I tried white lion (loved this one),shaman (was ok not a big healing fan but he could bust some chops),Marauder (fav by far and a very good melee class), and I played a engineer which was one of the funnest ranged classes. One class I didnt get into was the squig herder I do not know why or could I tell you why i didnt like it or give reasons. I started one fought some dwarfs and deleted him. But they listen so well to everything and care about the game so much it was greating being in the beta and having a company listen to what to change and such.And this game was super stable already I do not think i ever crashed and i played for hours on end.

What I was really asking has anyone seen this? Everytime the person logs out immediately. I do not mind it or care the more stuff for WAR the better. I like both games and they both give me something different.

But like I said if anyone plays WOW have they seen this happen in chat? Its not a normal person talking its like they log in and right out after saying it. Maybe a little marketing? Maybe some fans just jumping around spreading the news on WAR?

I don't know if this was just some random person or what but I saw this  3 days in the past 1 1/2 weeks. I was sitting there one night and the discussion in WOW was nothing on PVP in chat. Then all of a sudden someone post :Doesn't Warhammer look cool? If you want real pvp action and not this kind you see in WOW you need to check out WAR". Well I was like FUCK YEAH because ppl talk about WAR there but not alot. Well the person had logged within 3 secs because I checked there class and level. I was like hmmm weird.

And then something along these lines have happened 3 more times and each time they log right after making the announcement lol. But I have to say on my server it got people excited lol. Just wondering if anyone had seen this happen on there server or has it just been me? I know random people will talk about WAR but its in subjest each time we weren't talking about pvp and the first time ppl were making fun of some girl being dumb in IF lol. I don't sit there though since I am in and out in AV and such.

Kinda sucks for those of us in beta who ordered the CE lol. I am still hoping they announce some other added bonus for us. But at this point I doubt it.

I have had to send a photo copy to blizzard although it had to be verfied or whatever so I guess thats different...but having something notarized is what like $5?

I myself have so much to say about it. But I can tell people not to worry about anything.

All it says is info the the client tomorrow. So....I am guessing they are putting up some new info on what we can expect.

As everyone said its similiar instancing to WOW. And as you know you can go along ways in WOW without having to ever instance.

MJ posted on this already. OB and Head-start will be for everyone. The other stuff listed for CE only is still CE only including the heads and such. Also it looks like head start for CE owners will be longer and maybe even OB.

Also he says there is still one unnnounces item/perk for CE owners that will be announced soon.

And think this way the NDA will be lifted soon and the beta testers who are allowed to go through everything can alleviate concerns.

I figure one main thing they may do as stated above is let everyone pre level to 40 and test out sieges and tier 4 if needed.

thats what I'm hoping but we wont know until Mythic says something or Gamestop changes the entry.  They no longer have a CE entry so I'm wondering if its Just Posted there in general but not Noted as CE Orders only information which is completely retarded on Gamestop's side.

I just checked other sites and they are the only ones who have this listed like that. But then again it does say the pre-order boxes will be up Aug 4th so that has me wondering.

I just checked Amazon and they changed there stuff to the 16th also. And also it shows The Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning servers will go live on September 18th, 2008 at 10 AM Eastern time.

But it mentions nothing on the regular edition of any bonuses. This leads me to believe someone at gamestop made a screw up. Since the CE is off the site i think something went wrong and it most likely will be fixed because by now some other retailers would have this up.

I got in after putting it in but I also had the BOOM! comic code so....thats where mine came from. In fact all 3 books I bought got into it I bought 1 for my cousin and 1 for me and my wife. all 3 accounts got in and thus far have not even set up my wifes account as she doesn't have time to play and probably won't so its kinda wasted lol.

But my CE is on there but I am sure they know those people are getting in open beta so why invite to closed idk really.

Nope considering they just put up the beta announcement stuff so people can sign up. I think December or so is the best bet.

Isn't it being a "hater" if you just assume game will be bad? OR  If you're in beta isn't this a violation of NDA?

In either case you make yourself sound like a troll.

Objectivity will serve you way better even if the game is bad.

After almost 10 years of MMO's, yes I assume games are bad till proven otherwise ^^ The statistics are with me. I'll be just as happy if it proves to be good, then I'll have something new to play, but until then, nope, I'm Mr. Negative :p

The game may not appeal to everyone nothing ever does. But I understand your hating on MMO's Pheace it is frustrating so many companies think they can feed us crap and not give a damn about it. Us older MMO guys are a dieing lot and alot of the new stuff as you know is being pushed toward the masses. So either you conform and try something and try and like it or you hang on to your old ways and think that the old play styles will come back.

WOW was a success and thus now most companies want to follow this and see how much it makes and want a piece of the pie. So what do they do? They copy elements of it and put there own spins so in alot of games we get the same old stuff with a different shell.

I am in WAR beta and as people know thats all we can say. But everyone shouldn't worry so.
